The production unit includes a fully automated ABB robot that welds with the highest possible precision. An efficient logistics and production chain ensures high quality throughout the process. Swedish steel is used exclusively in our in-house production of masts.

Newly developed prefabricated foundation

The pole is CE marked and conforms to the requirements set out in EN40, which means the pole is approved according to all the requirements that a public procurer can set. The requirements of the 100HE3 class are extremely high and therefore very difficult to attain. The fact that all poles 8-12 m are classified as HE3 is unique. The HE1 and HE2 classes are classes with lower passenger safety.

An exciting autumn awaits! Never before have we at STRIHL longed so much for the autumn! As you may have read in our previous brochure we were working on the final details of our newly developed LED luminaire Revolution. Now when you read this, the final product is here with us and rarely has the autumn darkness felt so welcome! Directly after the holidays, we reached our goal with the project to certify our robotic welding plant for the production of lattice masts according to the stringent EN1090 standard with the annex for welding. At the present time we are welding masts at full speed to ensure our normally very fast delivery times.

In addition, our tried and tested Mini Mistral LED luminaire has been certified by Intertek Semko. Mini Mistral LED is a very affordable and the ideal luminaire to replace mercury, high-pressure sodium and metal halide lamps. From the middle of the month STRIHL will have an employee in the UK and we are really looking forward to what the future may bring.
