SOFT PROOF Receive a soft proof pdf of your design before assembly. PrintFlix waits for client approval before advancing to next stage or production.

QUALITY CONTROL Final check for operability, print quality, video and sound quality, and battery charge. Batteries can dissipate in transit, customers should consider shipping with optional USB cables.
PrintFlix begins to print and laminate your full order. Customer needs to determine whether to apply matte or gloss laminate to finish product.

HARD PROOF Receive a working sample of your finished design. Upon approval, volume production begins. Pay close attention to sound quality and volume levels, the order of your videos if more than one will be included in your project, type errors, color deviations, etc. If you need to make a change, now is the time to do it.

FINISHING & ASSEMBLY PrintFlix scores, folds and assembles print pages into a final product. Client needs to upload final video to PrintFlix. Upload your videos at the highest resolution, we’ll make sure they fit perfectly on your product. Of course, if you want to change out video content after receiving your goods, you can add and delete videos by connecting your product to any PC.

DESIGN TEMPL ATES Most of our products are available with photoshop design templates. Just open the provided .psd file in photoshop and then place the art you designed in the blue folder labeled “PLACE ART HERE” located in the layers panel. Be sure to follow any directions on the template as some templates change orientations between panels and some need more than .125” of bleed. After you have uploaded all of your art to the template, save your file and send it back to us as an unflattened .psd file. There are several guides on the template. The magenta area indicates the bleed area, be sure that any art uploaded extends all the way to the magenta border. Providing sufficient bleed is critical or your product may have unwanted white borders on the edges. The green area represents the “finish size,” of the final piece. The cyan area is the “safe area” and you must make sure that no critical text or images extends past the safe area. If any important information is placed outside of the safe area a portion of it may be cut or folded out of the page. Pay attention to other markers on the template. If you are designing the video portion of the template, make note of any video screen, buttons, usb, or headphones indicated on the template. The video screen area and headphone areas are all diecut to reveal the corresponding port or video screen but the buttons will not be cut out. Be sure to have buttons on your art or users will not be able to see where to press when the video slug is wrapped.

• HOW BIG ARE YOUR SCREEN SIZES?
PrintFlix PPV Products are available with screen sizes of: 2.4”, 2.8”, 4.3”, 5.0”, 7.0” and 10.1”. We can also integrate larger screens for special projects.
• HOW EXPENSIVE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS?
PPV Products are only slighty more expensive than conventional print products. To see specific quantities and pricing, check out the retail pricing tables on the bottom left hand side of each product page at printflix.net
• HOW LONG FROM ORDER PLACEMENT TO DELIVERY?
We most often ship within 4 weeks after approval of proof and receipt of down payment. However, rush delivery is available if the project requires.
• WHO DOES THE DESIGN WORK?
We have several design templates and dielines available for each product. Projects can be submitted via secure FTP. While we can accept practically any kind of design file, we prefer .pdf file at 300 dpi. You can also build your project online with our EZ template software. Also if you prefer, we can also provide design services for a small fee.
• WHO MAKES THE VIDEOS?
Printflix has both in house video production people and freelance staff or you can make a video using one of our video templates. Of course you can send us any video already produced or make your own custom videos. We’re here to help you at any time you need assistance. We accept all video formats.
• DO WE LOAD THE VIDEOS OR DO YOU?
We load the videos for you if they are available. If not, anyone can load videos using a PC and usb cable
• WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR PERSONALIZE MY PRODUCT WITH NEW VIDEOS?
It’s easy, just plug in your product to a computer using the built in USB port found on every PPV product. then drag and drop your new video content on the PPV products internal flash memory.
• HOW MUCH VIDEO MEMORY CAN YOUR PRODUCTS SUPPORT?
Each Print+Video products can support a minimum of one hour of video content. Additional memory can be added for a small fee.
• HOW DO YOU RECHARGE YOUR PRODUCTS?
To recharge a PPV product, just use a mini or micro USB cable and plug it into a computer or wall charger. Most products take 2-3 hours to reach full charge.
• CAN YOU PROVIDE DOMESTIC OR INTERNATIONAL MAIL FUFILLMENT?
PrintFlix is a certified direct mail fufillment facility. We have for offer a bulk rate postal fufillment service in house and ensure each unit is fully charged before shipping. We also blind ship to your client, using your branding materials.
• HOW CAN WE ORDER A SAMPLE?
You can order online or request an estimate at printflix.net.
• WHAT IF ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS STOP WORKING?
We offer a 90 day warranty on all products. Simply ship them back to us and once we confirm the problem we will repair, replace or refund the cost of the unit(s). No other domestic distributor can make this claim. The Product Catalogue

PrintFlix™ Warranty PrintFlix’s warranty obligations for this hardware product are limited to the terms set forth below: PrintFlix™ warrants this hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”). If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, PrintFlix™ will either (1) repair the hardware defect at no charge, using new parts or parts equivalent to new in performance and reliability, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product. PrintFlix™ may request that you replace defective parts with new or refurbished user-installable parts that PrintFlix™ provides in fulfillment of its warranty obligation. A replacement product or part, including in an installable part that has been installed in accordance with instructions provided by PrintFlix™, assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes PrintFlix’s property. Parts provided by PrintFlix™ in fulfillment of its warranty obligation must be used in products for which warranty service is claimed. When a refund is given, the product for which the refund is provided must be returned to PrintFlix™ and becomes PrintFlix’s property. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS This Limited Warranty applies only to the hardware product manufactured by or for PrintFlix™ that can be identified by the “PrintFlix” trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-PrintFlix™ hardware product or any software, even if packaged or sold with the PrintFlix™ hardware. Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than PrintFlix™, may provide their own warranties to the end user/purchaser, but PrintFlix™, in so far as permitted by law, provides their products “as is”. Software distributed by PrintFlix™ with or without the PrintFlix™ brand name (including, but not limited to system software) is not covered under this Limited Warranty. PrintFlix™ does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. PrintFlix™ is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use. Important: Do not open the hardware product. Opening the hardware product may cause damage that is not covered by this warranty.
