What do you need to know right now so that you can help move your community or organization into the future? Moderators: Linda Stoll, AICP, and David Boyd, FAICP Planner’s time and training dollars are precious. APA Wisconsin Chapter wants to provide a workshop that meets attendee’s needs and is seen as an event of value. In past conferences, we offered a “Planning Palooza” with small roundtable discussions. For this event, we have modified the typical conference format to offer a morning session to teach attendees about an effective public involvement technique called Open Space Technology. We will use the technique to provide participants an opportunity for discussion and to get information on topics that are of immediate concern to them. Participants will identify topics of importance and self-select one that they would like to learn more about. This session will qualify for CM.
