This specialized service station has their own electrical, mechanical and hydraulic workshop as well as rubber production, enabling them to deliver custom-made high quality spare parts at very short notice. Here are just a few of the specialist services we provide to our global customer base.

With qualified, experienced engineers in key locations we can support your equipment, wherever it is, at short notice.

Hatch cover service The Bremerhaven operation specialises in hatch cover repairs and conversions as well as certificated weathertightness testing by ultra-sound (GL, ABS, DNV, IACS U.R.Z.17) on all types of hatch covers, side doors and ramps.

Rubber profiles Our moulding facility produces rubber corners and profiles to customer specifications. Because of the quantities processed, we are able to offer every sealing profile for equipment operative on sea-going vessels. Boiler Service The TTS boiler department carries out full maintenance and repairs, worldwide, on smoke and water tube boilers, economisers and other pressure vessels. Repair procedures, including welding sequences, are based on many years of experience and are carried out in accordance with the given classification society’s rules.

Steel TTS designs, manufactures and installs steel and stainless steel structures according to customer specifications. We are able to work at short notice anywhere in the world by optimising and coordinating all of our processes. Planning, design, manufacturing and installation, as well as maintenance and repair, all take place according to customer specifications. Service TTS Bremerhaven is geared to carry out all types of service and in-voyage repairs at short notice, covering a wide range of equipment on all types of vessels.

Equipment operators need to work within the limitations of fast turnarounds, critical weather windows and, for ships, short stops in port. Our annual inspections, followed up by expert service and planned maintenance, give our customers total peace of mind under these mission-critical circumstances.

As the OEM manufacturer we know exactly how to install and set up the equipment on your vessel to get optimal performance. It is therefore recommended that you use TTS for installation and commissioning of your new equipment.

TTS offers technical support and various training courses for crew and maintenance personnel.

TTS conversion programmes are designed to benefit shipyards and shipowners by preparing their existing equipment for a viable and competitive future. This includes adapting equipment for new uses and for compliance with new rules and regulations.

Troubleshoot equipment problems and identify faulty components immediately by installing TTS remote access technology. We offer as an option on PCTC vessels and Offshore cranes a GSM modern connection for remote diagnostics.

Annual and five-year inspections are mandatory in some flag states. They minimise the risk of costly breakdowns and help you stay aware of the exact condition of your equipment.

TTS offers a 24/7 helpdesk facility in many service stations around the world. The facility is accessed via phone or e-mail. Our service personnel are on call around the clock so we can get a service engineer to you as quickly as possible.

TTS offers several levels of training packages to help you minimise downtime and ensure smooth and efficient operation.

Replacement, addition or alteration of existing equipment can extend the vessel’s lifespan.

Using this technology, we can access your ship’s data via the Internet in a matter of minutes. We can then offer support and help with problem solving.
