Catering Information Catering Terms and Conditions 1. Confirmation of event is required 6 months in advance; 20% Non-Refundable deposit is required

(on Food & Room Rental) upon confirmation. Final attendance numbers are required 10 working days in advance of your function; final attendance numbers may not be decreased. Billing for the group will be based on the guaranteed number or actual number, whichever is greater. 2. Children 6-12 years - 30% discount, Children 5 & under Complimentary. 3. Ten days notice is required to completely cancel any catering, otherwise a charge representing

50% of the estimated value will be applied. Cancellation of an event within 24 hours of arrival will be charged 100% of the estimated food service. 4. All Food and Beverage pricing is subject to a 17% Service Charge (Cash bars excluded)prices are

Trickle Creek Lodge - Guest Amenities Location Nestled in the heart of the Kimberley Alpine Village, 100 feet from Kimberley Alpine Resort’s quad chair ski lift and a short cart path away from Trickle Creek Golf course; Only minutes away from Kimberley’s Platzl ~~ featuring a variety of shops and restaurants. The Cranbrook Airport is 20 minutes away, Calgary and Spokane are an easy 4-hour drive. Hotel This premiere Resort Lodge offers 80 guest suites, including 19 studios, 41 one bedroom and 20 two bedroom units.
