We have over 60,000 sq. ft. of prime conference space, including our world-class theater, aptly named The Pearl. The Pearl’s capacity is 2,500 with private boxes and lounges, and its up-close and personal design makes the experience feel both intimate and monumental — simultaneously. State-of-the-art AV and computer connectivity means anything you can put on a computer or present live you can share through 14 ft. by 16 ft. video screens, powerful 60 JBL Vertec series speakers, or just about any other way you can imagine, or more likely, not imagine. Having hosted everything from business conferences to film festivals, our Grand Ballroom staff is nimble enough to stay in step with your event, even if it does not include dancing. More than meeting spaces, our party suites and penthouses are designed as places where business and pleasure meet. The perfect space, when you want to treat special people special, and encourage them to bond in ways they never expected. The Pearl The Pearl Concert Theater is not just reserved for the hottest acts in music, comedy and sports, we can reserve it for you, too. This 2,500-seat state-of-the-art theater is fully equipped with a complete audio and visual setup for general sessions, meetings, private concerts, conventions, live broadcasts and other events. With 18 private and semi-private boxes and a 10,283 sq. ft. ballroom located above, The Pearl is the place for corporate conventions and VIP entertaining.

Grand Ballroom This room is exactly the size you need it to be. At its grandest it is a 10,000 sq. ft. ballroom hosting up to 1,000 people comfortably. At its most flexible, it can be divided into six smaller ballroom meeting spaces ranging from 1,300 to 1,400 sq. ft. each. Either way, your event will be enhanced by impressive projection capabilities, a premium sound system, and complete wi-fi connectivity. The ballroom is grand, no matter the size.

Breakout Rooms When your large meeting breaks into smaller meetings, everyone will find a place right down the hall. Dividing walls allow these rooms to be configured in sizes from 400 sq. ft. to 3,400 sq. ft., with capacities from 30 to 340 people. All share a hallway with the Grand Ballroom, and like that venue, they can be outfitted with the latest AV capabilities and infinitely variable seating and table configurations.

Kingpin Suite This is the new definition of high-rolling. The celebrated Kingpin Suite includes a regulation-sized bowling alley, a pool table, wet bar, iPod, Hi-Fi and theater-size projection television with lounge.
