Restrooms
Spending time surrounded by natural beauty is an important part of healing the body, mind and spirit. The Healing Garden provides a beautiful, quiet space away from the intensity of the patient-care environment. The garden, located by the PICU on the second floor, has a water feature, walking path, sculptures, seating, shade trees and native plants, a mosaic wall and decorative stone paving. Open 24 hours every day, the garden is available for use by everyone. There are two entries for PICU patients to enter by using the PICU Solarium. Food, drinks and smoking are not permitted.

A nondenominational prayer and meditation area is located on the first floor and is open 24 hours/day. Members of our pastoral care team are available to speak with families upon request 24 hours/day by calling 53-5063 from any hospital phone.
Families can order food to be delivered to their room between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., daily. Food is delivered within 45 minutes. To order they can call 53-6325 from any hospital phone.
Stairs
A fully accessible playground is located on the first floor outside of the outpatient lobby. For their own safety, patients are not permitted on the playground unless accompanied by a member of the therapy team. All other children must be accompanied by an adult while on the playground.

Staffed by safety experts, the Safety Store offers a variety of low-cost safety and wellness products and health and safety presentations to show visitors how to use properly install child safety seats, install oven locks, stove knob covers, cabinet locks and more.
