Como fuente de calefacción, la estufa a leña es la más práctica y económica: con una mínima reserva de leña y una correcta instalación, puede repagarse en pocos años, especialmente en zonas donde el combustible líquido o gaseoso es particularmente caro.

The wood burning fireplace is the oldest method of home heating. For centuries it has represented a unique, all around heating method. As a heating source the wood burning stove is the most convenient and inexpensive method of heating. When properly installed, it consumes an inferior amount of wood, thus paying for itself within only a few years time. Especially for people who live in areas where liquid or gas fuel is especially expensive.

De hecho cuando se quema la leña, se emite dióxido de carbono el cual es absorbido por otras plantas a través de las hojas mediante el proceso de la fotosíntesis clorofiliana que producirá otras sustancias nutritivas para la planta y liberará oxígeno en el aire.

The burning of firewood is a process in perfect harmony with the environment. Firewood is the only, truly renewable source of energy that is present in nature and that, if properly burned, emits the same quantity of carbon dioxide absorbed by a plant in order to thrive and grow. Burned in this way, it successfully takes part in the life cycle of nature: in fact, when firewood is burned, some carbon dioxide is emitted into the environment, which is then absorbed by plants through their leaves, by means of the process of photosynthesis, therefore, other nourishing substances for the plant itself and oxygen for the environment are produced.

Una estufa es una cámara de combustión cerrada, con entrada del aire forzada que, regulando la combustión, la hace más lenta y recupera la energía para transformarla en calor, el cual através de las rejillas de ventilación, se propaga en los ambientes cercanos a la estufa o en otros más lejanos a través de simples canalizaciones.

An air heating stove has a closed combustion chamber with a forced air inlet; it handles combustion by slowing and collecting energy, thus turning it into heat. The heated air which is produced, will then be circulated to the adjacent rooms, as well as to other rooms through a simple net of channelled pipes.

Calentar con agua

The “Hydro Elite” stove allows you to heat your home in a natural and homogeneous way. The heat produced from combustion is transmitted to water and distributed through the central heating system, in an order to reach radiators and taps.

“Elite Idro” permite calentar vuestra casa de manera natural y uniforme. El calor producido por la combustión se transmite al agua y se distribuye através del sistema de calefacción, que lleva el agua caliente a los radiadores y a los grifos de toda la casa.

El sistema del fuego indirecto reduce el consumo de leña, la emisión de CO2 y reduce el tiempo de preparación del horno, obteniendo los mismos resultados que un horno tradicional tanto por lo que se refiere a las temperaturas como por los resultados de cocción.

As an indirect-flame wood burning oven, it can be considered ecological. The indirect-flame system reduces wood consumption, CO2 emissions and oven preparation time and ‘performances’ are exactly the same as that of a traditional oven, in terms of temperature and cooking results.

Como estufa de leña

Stoves among the “Elite” model range have a steal combustion chamber that has an internal grilling rack, where wood can be placed. An ash collecting drawer is found underneath and allows for the collection of burnt ash. A fundamental feature is its capacity to completely burn all of the firewood with a yield of over 77%. Heated air produced by the stove is transferred outside, thanks to the vents on top, and on both sides of the stove. Circulated heat can be regulated by means of a potentiometer, found in the lower part of the stove.

Las estufas de los modelos “Elite” tienen una cámara de combustión de acero que contiene en su interior una rejilla para poner la leña necesaria para la combustión y un cajón en la parte inferior para recoger la ceniza. La característica fundamental es su capacidad de quemar completamente, con un rendimiento superior al 77%, la leña introducida. El calor producido por la estufa sale por unas rendijas situadas en la parte superior y por unos orificios situados a los lados. El potenciómetro, situado en la parte inferior, permite regular, según las propias exigencias,el calor que se difunde.

The main electronic control panel ( remote control) has 5 buttons and two displays, so you can control and manage the temperatures well as all of the different functions. The door is equipped with ergonomic handles made with special wood that does not become hot, in order to avoid burns.

The thermal stove is supplied together with circulators and plate heat exchangers as well as other necessary items.

The open expansion tank, in the stove, compensates \offsets the increasing water volume being, at the same time, a water storage container.
