Introduction The goal of every gambler is to find a strategy that will allow him to win large amounts and while still keeping the amount of money risked very low. This has been almost impossible until now. Most betting systems operate until the principle that you have to risk money in order to invest money. That’s why it’s unusual to find a winning system with a buy-in of less then 15 units. Most betting strategies use buy-ins of 25 or more units. With a 25-unit buy-in you will need at least $125 to make $5 bets. If you want to make $10 wagers you will need to buy in for at least $250. And, with these strategies, $25 betting requires a buy-in of at least $625. Until now it has been almost impossible to find a winning roulette strategy using a buy-in smaller than 15 units. That’s why the Mini-Max Betting System is so amazing with its Six-Unit Buy-in! With just a six-unit buy-in you only need $6 to start making $1 bets. There are many $1 roulette games available online. So, even though $6 doesn’t sound like much it is all you need to get started playing and winning at roulette online. Now you are probably thinking, “Well fine. So the buy-in is just $6. What does it win - $3 an hour?” It you are thinking this you need to get ready for a very pleasant surprise – You will make an average of $62 an hour in Net Profits using a $6 buy-in! With a $30 buy-in you can make $5 bets and pull in $311 in Pure Profits.

On top of its super-low bankroll requirements, the Mini-Max Betting System is a snap to use. You don’t need to write anything down to use this strategy like a pro from the first time you try it. You can start to see why our advance players are totally enthusiastic about Mini-Max Roulette with the power of both the IAP Bet Placement Strategy and the truly amazing Mini-Max Betting System.

Comparison of Winnings In Land-Based and Online Casinos The rates of play are different in land-based and online casinos. In a land-based game will be dealing with other players and a human dealer. These games are played at slower rates. The average speed of a roulette table in a land-based casino is about 60 spins per hour. This is a realistic rate of play for land-based games are based on 60 rounds of play per hour. The speed of the game in online casinos is much faster than the land-based games. Typically in an online game, the player is playing against the computerized dealer and the speed is mostly controlled by how fast the player plays. Skilled players can easily play 250 spins per hour. For our purposes we will use 250 spins per hour as the online casino rate of play. The minimum bets in land-based casinos are much higher than those in online casinos. While there are many online roulette games accepting $1 minimum bets, most land-based games have $5 or higher minimum wagers. Let’s start with the land-based game. Table 1 shows hourly winnings at 60 rounds per hour. The minimum bets are $6, $8, $10, $16, $20, $26, $36, $50, $80, $100, $200, $300, $400 and $500 wagers.

The interpretation of this table is very simple. Let’s take $6 play for example. If you are a $6 player you will need a $54 buy-in to play at this level. Your win rate, on the average, will be $90 an hour. Incidentally, when I show hour win rates, I am showing you Net Winnings per hour. These amounts are net of expected losing games. If you have a series of winning games, you very well can have higher winnings per hour. Conversely, if you have a losing game, your hourly win rate for that hour will be lower. Getting back to the table, as a $6 player, you can expect to make $90 for on hour of play, $270 for three hours play, $360 for four hours and so on. Table 2 shows hourly winnings for play in an online casino, with 250 spins per hour played.

Turning $9 Into $25,000 The easiest way to turn $9 into $25,000 is to follow the plan we are going to present. This chapter shows you how to win $25,000 playing online using the Mini-Max Roulette Strategy. The next chapter shows you how to win $25,000 playing in land-based roulette games. The win rates used for play in both online and land-based games are based on average net wins in games we played and documented. You may win at a slightly different rate or may suffer a set back in the form of several consecutive losing games. On the other hand you can easily win at faster rates then our averages. The most important aspect of these plans is to never play beyond your bankroll requirements. Table 3 shows the bankroll needed for each level of play. Throughout our plans to make $25,000 in profits we adhere to the Total Bankroll Requirements. To make $2 bets you must have a Total Bankroll of $90. To make $6 bet you need a Total Bankroll of at least $270. Each of our plans to win $25,000 is based on the premise that you must win enough to play at a higher level before you increase the size of your bets. For example, if you start with $1 bets playing online, you can buy-in for $9, but you should have a total bankroll of $45 available. To move up from making $1 bets to $2 bets you will need a bankroll of $90.

Playing in Online Casinos For online play we will assume that you start with a buy-in of $9 and make $1 bets. Your goal is to increase the size of your bets as soon as you have won enough to qualify to play at the next higher bankroll level. Table 4 summarizes the plan to win $25,000 playing roulette online. This is the key for this table: Base Bet – The minimum bet at each level of play Bankroll Needed for this Level of Play – This is the total bankroll needed to play at each level. Winnings Needed to Reach the Next Base Bet Level – At each level of play you will have to win enough to qualify to play at the next higher level. The amount shown here is the increase in your Total Bankroll needed to move from one level of play to the next. Average Hourly Winnings at 250 Spins Per Hour – These are the average win rates we documented after playing thousands of games of roulette and recording the results. Hours Needed to Win Additional Bankroll for Next Level – The amounts shown in this column answer the question, “How long do we have to play at each level to win enough to move up to the next level of play?” Bankroll After Play – This is the amount of Total Bankroll we will have at each level of play before we can move up to the next level of play.

Let’s go over a couple of levels of play to make sure that you follow what we are doing. We start play making $1 Base Bets as shown in the first row in the table. We begin with a total bankroll of $45 and a buy-in of just $9. Our first objective is to win $45 and increase our Total Bankroll to $90 – the level needed to make $2 Base Bets. With a Win Rate of $62.29 an hour it takes us 0.7 hours to win $45 and accumulate a total bankroll of $90. Following along in the table, we see that after moving up to making $2 bets, we make enough in another 0.4 hours of play to move up to making $4 bets. From $4 betting we move up to $6 betting in 0.5 hours. And so we continue.

In this scenario I assume that $100 Base Bets are the largest you make. You can find many online casinos that will accept larger wagers. However, here I assume that $100 Base Bets are as high as you go. Following this plan we increase our starting buy-in of $9 to $25,000 in just 8.0 hours. When you follow this plan don’t play too long at a time. I find that about an hour of online play at a time is all that I can take without taking a break. You can discover your own preferred rate of play. However, with the ultra-high win rate of Mini-Max Roulette, you don’t have to be in a hurry. Even playing leisurely you can quickly win $25,000, $50,000 or even $100,000 or more! This plan is based on following the recommendation of upgrading your play as shown in the table. We kept track of the play of a number of our players who followed this plan and found that it took the average player about 17 hours of play to make a profit of $25,000. The table shows that 8.0 hours are needed to win $25,000 while it took the average player about 17 hours to accomplish this. We analyzed their play to see why it took them longer to win $25,000 than our plan shows. The answer quickly became apparent – The average player stayed longer at each level than we recommend. Many players stayed at the $50 Base Betting level much longer than was necessary. We talked to them about this and found that many of them were reluctant to increase the size of their bets above $50. The disparity between our plan and the average results of the players shouldn’t give you any concern. It didn’t take the average player longer to win $25,000 because of any flaws in the plan. It was due to player reluctance to increase the size of their bets in accordance with the plan.

Playing in Land-based Casinos For play in land-based casinos we will assume that you start with a buy-in of $54 and start out making $6 Base Bets. While there are some land-based casinos accepting minimum bets less than $5, we felt like playing at a $5 minimum bet roulette table was more representative of average conditions in land-based roulette games. In implementing this plan, your goal is to increase the size of your bets as soon as you have won enough to qualify to play at the next higher bankroll level. Table 5 summarizes the plan to win $25,000 playing roulette in land-based casinos. The key for this table is the same one as was used for play in online casinos. I’ll review the first two levels of play to make sure that you understand this table. We begin by buying in for $54 which requires a bankroll of $270 for this level of play. The first row summarizes our play as a $6 bettor. Our objective is to increase our total bankroll by $180 so that we have a large enough bankroll to move up to $10 Base Betting. It will take about 2.0 hrs to move up from $6 to $10 Base Bets. It will take 1.8 hrs of play as a $10 Base Bettor to win enough to qualify making $16 Base Bets. The table continues in this manner and shows that 18.6 hours of play are needed to win $25,000. Even though our plan indicates that you can win $25,000 in 18.6 hours, we found that it took our average player following this plan about 43 hours to win $25,000. This is the same pattern that occurred with online players. The longer time required to win $25,000 in each case was due to players’ reluctant to increase the size of their wagers as quickly as indicated in the plan.

Rules to Help You Keep Your Winnings There is no question that if you follow the Mini-Max Roulette Strategy you will generate wins. I have even given you the average wins per hour achieved in actual play. Does this mean you can relax? Unfortunately no. Even though there is no question that you will win using this system of play, there is still the issue of leaving the casino with your profits in hand. One of our most important rules to help you leave a winner is the 90% Rule. This rule says very simply that if you are close to hitting a target profit or a daily profit, that sometimes 90% or so is close enough. I recall very well an acquaintance of mine who had a monster roll at a craps table. When I walked up to the table, Joe was rolling the dice and playing with $500 chips scattered all over the layout. By the time he sevened out, he was up over $48,000. This is not bad considering he bought in less than an hour earlier for a grand. I strongly urged him to come with me and take a break. I reminded him how badly he needed this score and how good he would feel walking out with his winnings intact. He nodded and smiled and then gave some lame excuse about wanting to bet with just a couple more shooters. I had more than made my nut for that day. In fact, catching the last ten minutes of his hot craps roll had put me way ahead. I decided to take a break in the coffee shop and try some of the coconut cream pie which was reputed to be the best in town. I ran into another friend and talked for over an hour. When I came back out, Joe was still at the same table. I walked up and noticed his pitiful little pile of green chips. Joe gave me a lame look and continued to play. I saw him the next day and asked him how he ended up. "Tapped out," were his words. "You didn't drop the whole 50 grand did you?" I asked.

"It was only 48 thousand," he responded. "The reason I kept playing is because I wanted to hit 50 thousand." As I walked away, I wondered to myself what in the hell is the difference between 48 thousand and 50 thousand when you are that much ahead?

I think 48 thousand should have been close enough, don't you?

Any time you are struggling to hit a target profit, are playing on a short time schedule or just start to hear that little nagging voice somewhere in the back of your skull telling you to watch out, you can remember Joe. He should have known that 48 grand was close enough. Don't ever get hung up on exact amounts. If you are trying to win $50 and hit $48, you can call it close enough and take a break. Remember that you will never go broke by taking a break early and walking off with your profits intact. Whenever you are somewhere near your target profit for a game, you need to make some changes. Obviously you can just call the game over and quit. However, if the dealer has been busting at a high rate and the table is definitely player favorable, it makes no sense to quit. So you do the next best thing. You move into the conservative betting mode.

Living a Life of Ease When you go to the casino, you need to remember that your one purpose is to win. You can drink, party, visit, flirt and relax on your own time after you have locked up your daily win. After becoming a proficient roulette player and increasing the size of your minimum wagers, you will be able to travel a good part of the year, courtesy of your favorite casinos. This may become an important part of your retirement plan. You can use your new skills at roulette to pay for your vacations and pocket a good deal of change as well. You may consider becoming a full time pro. Before you make this step, I want you to think about it very carefully. Whereas playing several times a month and winning can bring you a great deal of pleasure, having to play every day to make your daily nut is very difficult. Casinos can be glamorous and exciting if you don't have to be in one every day. On a daily basis, I can think of many things I had rather do than go through the repetitive grind of play needed to hit my daily win goal. Everyone is different. If you think you would like to turn pro, I suggest you take a two week vacation and spend at least ten of the days in a casino playing roulette four hours a day. If, after two weeks of this, you are still game for more, then maybe you have what it takes to become a full time player. If you are like me, you may have to settle for being a part time pro and playing less frequently.
