Do not keep all you have to explain in a PPT slide. That will make it utterly uninteresting. Do not put a lot of animations in the slides. It is boring to see animations pouring in from all sides. Some are outright obnoxious. Keep just a few of them, if not unavoidable. Do not keep any music in the presentation. Do not keep very small font sizes, keep a clear background with or without a light tint of blue or green. The color of the text should be prominent against the background. Use hyperlink to show a large table. Do not show it unless asked for ,or if you are asked to explain something that requires the table/figure to be opened. If you are asked to complete your presentation within a period of time ,keep your presentation within that time. Try to know these: The time given to you. You have to stick to the time and duration.
