How to deal with stress

Eurythmy Therapy World Conference Dornach, Switzerland 2016, May, 16. – 21. www.vitaleurythmie.de

The concept of the three pillars of Vitaleurythmie each pillar deals with one question:

• 1. What is the problem? • 2. How to orientate with mindfullnes? • 3. What can be done (strategies)?

2

1. What is the problem? Where stress comes from social stressors personal stressors

enviromental stressors inner space person

me 3

2. How to orientate in three zones comfort zone(between leasure and lethargy; regeneration)

challenging zone(selfcontrol, meditation, lerning, eu-stress)

overchallenging zone(turmoil, ratrace, helplessness, diss-stress)

4

How mindfull orientation works • accept the reality (acceptance) • don‘t judge • let the personal purposes go • save a beginner‘s mind • practice an exercising attitude • practice patience this allowes new experiences within yourself and the surroundings -> the aim is to interrupt the stimulus-response-pattern 5
