How mindfull orientation works • accept the reality (acceptance) • don‘t judge • let the personal purposes go • save a beginner‘s mind • practice an exercising attitude • practice patience this allowes new experiences within yourself and the surroundings -> the aim is to interrupt the stimulus-response-pattern 5
