Estimates Cocktail & Hors d’oeuvre parties are a fun and festive way to celebrate many occasions in our charming and rustic elegant setting here at Bartlett Hills. You can estimate the amount of food items, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages by the following averages:

Hot & Cold Hors d’oeuvres 2-3 pieces per person before a served meal 7-10 pieces per person for light hors d’oeuvres 12 or more per person for heavy hors d’oeuvres

Alcoholic Beverages An average of two drinks per person, per hour 1 bottle of wine= 4 glasses 1 quart of hard liquor= 20-1½ oz drinks 1 bottle of champagne= 5-6 servings (For 100 guests you would need 16-18 bottles) Punch Bowl serves approximate 40 guests Keg (1/2 barrel) of beer= 260-8oz glasses Beverages are not included with Hors d’oeuvre & Food Station Packages
