DEPARTMENT 22, Section 3E BABY PHOTO CONTEST Entries will be accepted Monday or Tuesday, August 18th or 19th, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the office. Entry fee of $2 per photo entered. Awards are $25 for 1st place, $15 for 2nd, and $10 for 3rd in each class. Class 1. Baby Photo Contest - child must have been born after July 31, 2012 to be eligible RULES & REGULATIONS: On the back of photo please provide the child's name, date of birth, parent's name, address, and phone number All photos MUST be 5"x7"; NO other sizes will be accepted. Hanging frames are acceptable but not required. Transfer Harvest Home Association will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen photos. Photos will be displayed throughout the week of the fair in the Homemaker's Exhibit Building. Fair patrons will vote for their favorite photo(s) by depositing coins. Each cent represents one vote. The photo receiving the most votes will be declared the winner. Contest ends at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday. Winners will be announced in the local newspapers.
