Worked as an Implantologist since 1999 to date for Single/Multiple tooth replacement, rehabilitation of Gunshot wounds with Dental Implants and fabrication of Implant retained Overdenture for complete edentulous patients. He has trained several MDS students under him at the prestigious Armed Forces Medical College, Pune. He is Vice Dean and Professor & Head, Dept of Prosthodontics in a prestigious Dental College where he imparts training and guides post graduate students.

Received Brig J K Gupta Award for Best Paper at the 3rd Triennial Commonwealth Dental Association and 54th Indian Dental Association Congress, New Delhi, 28th Jan to 1st Feb 2000 Received Brig J K Gupta Award for Best paper at the 55th & 56th Indian Dental Association National Conferences at Ahmedabad & Cochin in 2002 & 2003 Organising Secretary First National Update on 'Maxillofacial Prosthesis' at Command Military Dental Centre 6th - 7th May 2006. He conducts hands-on courses and makes scientific presentations at various National & International conferences. He has completed four Research Projects funded by DRDO where he has worked as a Principal worker.
