AT750V Multifunctional Bonding Machine We have designed the AT750V series to be a multifunctional machine to bond lightweight Stretch fabrics for use in the Lingerie, sports and active wear garment industry, realising that this is a relatively new technology our aim is to make the machines as versatile as possible to suit the ever changing needs of the garment industry. The benefits of the AT750V machines in a production environment are that each of the models can be changed from one to another by simply interchanging some parts. This enables customers to confidently purchase machines in the knowledge that when garment designs and production methods change the machines can also be adapted to suit. All of the AT750V Series machines come with the following      

Our Patented heated belt drive system Twin Hot air Chambers for optimum heat control Up to six hot air outlet nozzles Up to four static heating zones Extra auxiliary stepper motor drive Wide range of fittings and attachments that can be fitted to suit different operations.

AT800 Bonding Machine The AT800 range of machines are a new development of machines, designed to be fully functional yet very simple to operate and good value. The machine is powered by a specially designed Heater and Motor Drive unit, with Twin Stepper motor drive unit has independently adjustable drives that can step between up to 10 differential sectors in any one garment. The basic machine features are as follows:  silicone drive Rollers  Hot Airflow pre-melt system  Facility to include up to 3 more heating zones  Pneumatic roller pressure If you would like to test or try samples on our machines, we would be happy for you to visit our fully equipped showroom for full demonstrations on all the models available and all there different applications.
