VENUE HIRE FEE The venue hire fee covers the use of the restaurant and accommodation on the wedding day from 11am to 11pm. The fee covers the set up of all furniture, linen, glassware & cutlery for the ceremony and wedding reception. It also includes the villa for the Bride & Groom on the wedding night. The fee includes maintenance charges for wear and tear to the property. What is the maximum noise level for musicians? In accordance with Liquor Licensing restrictions the maximum level for musicians is 85db before 10pm and 75db after 10pm. Musicians must play inside the main building and are restricted to soloists, duos, trios and low amplified jazz musicians. We ask that you advise your chosen artist of this prior to confirming your booking with them. What are the conditions/restrictions on decorations in the venue? Decoration must not cause damage to the property. Please ask the Wedding Coordinator about your specific plans. Rose petals are allowed on the lawn area for wedding ceremonies. All decorations/flowers must be collected the following morning. How many rooms must be booked when choosing exclusive use of the venue? A minimum of 10 rooms must be booked the night of the wedding. This includes the FOC Villa for the bride & groom. When are final confirmations due? All room reservations, final guest numbers and menu selections are confirmed 30 days prior to the day as per the Wedding Contract. Final table plans should be provided up to 14 days prior to the wedding date. What is the Wedding Contract? The Wedding Contract is the agreement between the bride & groom and Spicers Tamarind Retreat and Spa. The contract states the cancellation policy, payment schedules and provisions for loss and damage. This document becomes the master copy of all details agreed, including room allocations and reservations, guest numbers, menus, table plans and specific instructions.
