Carefully curated to make ordering even easier, my hand-picked product selections are packed full of best-selling designs and there are three options available: the Starter Selection, the Tote Selection, and the Art Print Selection. ABOUT THE STUDIO Established in 2011, Sarah & Maude is a design and letterpress studio, located in a leafy suburb of Birmingham, England. The studio began with a dream to combine my design background with my passion for all things handcrafted. I launched my line of hand-printed paper goods with a single design from my kitchen table. Several years later, that original design is not only still in print, it’s a best seller, and my product line continues to grow.

All paper goods are designed and lovingly letterpress printed one at a time in my small (but perfectly formed) home studio, with the help of my antique print press – a 700lb cast iron beauty affectionately known as Maude. At Sarah & Maude the beauty really is in the details. Every piece that leaves the studio is carefully designed, printed, folded, and trimmed with a meticulous attention to detail and nothing less than a perfect finish.

ORDERING INFORMATION ORDERING

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

It’s nice and easy to place your order!

I want you to be happy with your order and make your buying experience as hassle-free as possible. Damaged or incorrectly sent products may be returned. If items arrive damaged please email photos of the damaged items and packaging to [email protected] (with product names and quantities) and I will happily replace them with the same items, undamaged. Damaged items cannot be exchanged for different items.

Email [email protected] for an order form, and return a scan of your completed form via email. or Email your order to [email protected], providing items codes and quantities. Please be sure to include a contact name, store name, mailing address, phone number and email. You will receive email confirmation once your order has been placed.

MINIMUM ORDERS £75 minimum opening order £50 minimum reorder

PRODUCTS Be assured that I review every product before it leaves the studio, to ensure only the highest quality products arrive at your store. Letterpress is a centuries-old printing technique in which a raised plate or type is inked and pressed into paper using a printing press. Each piece of paper is hand-fed into the press and printed one at a time, and one colour at a time. Due to the nature of letterpress printing, slight variations in ink colour, coverage, impression, and registration may be noted.

There is a per design minimum order of three items. SPECIAL OFFERS UK orders of £100+ will ship free of charge (carriage paid). International orders of £100+ will receive a 10% discount.

ORDER PROCESSING Orders ship within two to four weeks of order (often sooner), but please let me know if you have a specific delivery date requirement. I will let you know if there is any kind of delay with your order and schedule a new turnaround time.

PAYMENT When your order is placed, shipping and handling rates will be calculated and you will receive an invoice via email. Full payment is required prior to shipping, via BACS or FPS or by PayPal.

SHIPPING Shipping rates are calculated before payment is made and are based on the size and destination of your order. All orders are shipped from Birmingham, United Kingdom, via Royal Mail, and a tracking number will be sent via email when your order ships. You are responsible for all shipping costs, including customs taxes, duties and fees.

PACKAGING I carefully package all orders so they arrive safe and sound, and products arrive in your store shelf-ready. Cards are packaged in clear sleeves. Art prints, gift tag sets and coaster sets are packaged in clear sleeves with a card back. Card sets are tied together with coordinating cotton twine, and tote bags have a hang tag attached. All products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Sets may not be broken up and sold as individual items.

THE ENVIRONMENT I am committed to running an environmentally conscious studio so I make sure my material choices are as eco-friendly as possible. I print on 100% cotton or 100% recycled papers, envelopes are 100% recycled, and all packaging sleeves are biodegradable and compostable. All studio and shipping supplies are either re-used or recycled.
