3. Lotus Notes/Domino Integration 3.1 Notes Address Book (NAB) Support Lotus Notes address book is used to identify and record users and resources. Creating resources is simple; they can simply be added through a dialog or just copied and pasted from the address book to Genius Project for Domino’s resource database. What’s more, Genius Project for Domino automatically synchronizes the resource’s relevant data with the address book so there’s no double entry!
3.2 Email Integration When you receive an e-mail that concerns, or is linked to, a current project, Genius Project for Domino lets you transfer and categorize it in the project database directly from your messaging system. Emails can also be transformed into a question or an answer related to one document. It allows you to create a project discussion.
3.3 Calendar Integration The application provides complete integration between your calendar and Genius Project for Domino. Enter all your unavailability, (e.g. holidays, meetings, appointments) into Genius Project for Domino and have them display in your Lotus Notes calendar.
