Dominic is the Sole-proprietor of our Firm. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Practising) in Hong Kong and had been executive director and company secretary of a Hong Kong listed company. Dominic is also independent non-executive director of two Singapore listed companies and a Hong Kong listed company. In addition to possessing a master degree in finance and professional accounting, Dominic is well experienced in areas of finance, audit and accounting. Dominic has extensive connection with the corporate finance market in Singapore and has been actively involved in assisting corporations from Hong Kong and China to list in Singapore and USA.

Sam Yue FCCA, CPA, BA(Hons)-Accountancy,


Sam is the Manager in charge of our firm’s audit department and is also responsible for assisting various companies in China and Hong Kong to resolve complicate accounting and auditing issues for RTO, M&A or IPO in HK, Singapore or USA. Sam has 15 years’ experiences in professional accounting and auditing specialized in servicing listed companies. He is also independent non-executive director of a Hong Kong listed company.

Dr. Gary Leung FCCA, AHKSA, ASA,ACIS, ACS, PhD, MPA, PgDCA, B.Com

Gray is the Principal of our firm in charge of technical and quality control. Gary is a qualified accountant and a chartered secretary with over 18 years’ experience in accounting, corporate finance, IPO, company secretarial work as well as auditing. He holds a bachelor degree in accounting, a postgraduate diploma in corporate administration and a master of professional accounting. He is also a degree holder of doctor of philosophy in management. Gary is an associate of each of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, CPA Australia, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, the Hong Kong Institute of Company Secretaries and the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He is a visiting lecturer of University of Hong Kong, Open University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Polytechnic, and Hong Kong Baptist University since 1999. He is also a regular speaker for many seminars organized by professional bodies such as ACCA in Hong Kong and is also an Adjunct Professor of University of Northern Virginia, USA.
