Abstract. This study analyzes the effects of social workers’ perceived role of board of directors on the organizational ethics in social welfare organizations. The study collected survey data from 393 social workers working at community centers. It conducts hierarchical regression analysis to control the effects of respondents’ individual characteristics and organizational leaders on the organizational ethics.
