Applications are invited in the prescribed format for empanelment of Valuers for valuation of immovable property, fixed assets and Plant & Machinery for a minimum period of -3- years for the Bank’s branches/offices coming under selected Region of Eastern UP Zone. All Valuers in the existing panel shall also apply afresh for this empanelment. Interested contractors may collect the “Document for empanelment” by downloading the application from bank’s website www.bankofbaroda.com. The duly filled in application downloaded from the website, should be submitted at the following address after enclosing the application fee by way of DD / BC amounting to ` 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by way of Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque favouring “Bank of Baroda”, Bank of Baroda, Credit Monitoring Dept Baroda House Zonal Office V-23 Vibhuti Khand Gomti Nagar Lucknow-226010 [email protected] Ph no. 0522-6677-695 The duly completed document in the prescribed format with all supporting documents shall be sealed in a cover and super scribed as ‘Application for Empanelment of Valuers for the Respective Region and shall be submitted to the above mentioned office of BANK OF BARODA on or before 05.07.13 by 3:00P.M. The applicant must hold qualified degree in Civil or Mechanical or architecture or equivalent field. The applicant must have 5 year experience in dealing with banks /PSUs and other central Govt. organization and The applicant should be a member of Institute of Valuers. The applicant should be registered as Valuers under Section 34 AB of Wealth Tax Act 1957. The applicant is not barred by any Bank/Financial institution from valuing assets.
