Step Four: In a mixing bowl, mix 1 part sugar with 1 part oil. Make sure that you thoroughly mix your ingredients together, but don’t worry if the sugar sinks to the bottom of the mixture.

Position the paper so that the monogram is at the center, at the front of the dispenser. Then fill the bottle with soap, to press the monogram to the bottle.
