DERON Air-Water High Temp.( 80 ) Heat Pump For Sanitary Hot Water/Central Heating Brief introduction: 1.This series of air source heat pump is is specially designed for sanitary hot water for bathroom or central radiator heating for house where safe& stable working at ambient temp -10deg.C to 45deg.C,the highest water temperature can reach 80 deg.C. 2. Adopting the most advanced high- temperature Enhanced Vapors Injection compressor technology. 3. The heat pump performance has been improved greatly with Copeland high temperature scroll compressor from the United States Emerson Ltd and with Deron specially designed economizer and high efficiency heat transfer module. This unit could be installed in outdoors, as floating support for compressor to reduce vibration at the most extent and noise insulation inside the cabinet as well as noise jacket for compressor. The compact design heat pump is built-in Copeland high temperature scroll type compressor ,Stainless steel plate type and coaxial coil heat exchanger, Emerson thermal expansion valve and Saginomiya four-way valve to ensure it work smoothly and efficiently.

heat pump:

• Compact air/water high temp.(Max.output water temp.80 deg.C)heat pump for outdoor installation. • With suction high temp. technologies gas cooled scroll compressor. • With extensive hydrophilic coating aluminum/Cu lamellar tube evaporator and coaxial coil & stainless steel plate type condenser. • Axial fan. • Refrigerant cycle with thermostatic expansion valve, filter, gas-liquid separator, high and low pressure switches. • With efficient automatic defrosting by hot gas principle. • Electric and terminal box. With control and disturbance signaling. • Heating regulator for mounting to the wall. • Stable water flow switch is optional for commercial heat pumps. • Filled with refrigerant R134a. • Auxiliary electric heater or solar coiler is optional as a back up heater. • Strict noise control. DERON Air-Water High Temp.( 80 ) Heat Pump For Sanitary Hot Water/Central Heating The following boundary conditions must be kept: The installation place should be selected in such a way that air intake and outlet is not hampered or obstructed leaves etc. There should be provided sufficient space for intake and outlet as well as for operation and maintenance. Air short-circuit must be avoided. The space necessary for intake and outlet must be always provided. Intake air must be completely free from aggressive substances like ammonia, sulphur, chlorine etc. The installation place should not be situated under living rooms or bedrooms because of sound emission and be placed at sufficient distance from the neighboring building. It is not recommended to install the heat pump into wall niches(air short-circuit, sound echo) The heat pump must not be installed in a trough(in the terrain or building)

Air intake and outlet Take particular account of the sound emissions. Local prescriptions must be observed.

Condensate pipeline Condensate must be able to run off freely(frost protected drain.).The condensate drain must be provided on-site with an air-tight siphon of minimum height 100mm.

Wall lead through Wall lead through for pipelines must be implemented and sealed by technicians.

Electric connections Electric connection cables must be short, connected flexibly and be mounted by technicians and according to local prescription. Where trace heating tapes for the condensate drain and the flow and return lines are used, they must be connected externally in accordance with applicable regulations and additionally protected by a ground fault circuit interrupter.

Installation of Storage Hot Water Tank Storage hot water tank can be installed on the balcony, roof or ground with the outdoor unit. It can also be installed indoor. The tank must be vertically installed to the ground. The tank must stand with pads under its feet. (The thickness of the pad should be 10cm). Heat Pump installation must be made easy. The tank shall not be hung on the wall. The framework for outdoor unit mounting should be secure and reliable installed. See the Diagram (Only for reference) Stop valve, Y-filter and check valve must be installed to the water feed pipe before water enters into the tank. Flexible pipe should be fixed to the relief valve for hot water, to release the pressure. Dirty water should be leaded to the floor drain through a flexible pipe, before that, stop valve must be installed to the pipe.
