DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION: TEZPUR UNIVERSITY: NAPAAM Following candidates are short-listed for the written test and personal interview for the Ph. D. Programme of the Department of Business Administration, Tezpur University for the Spring Semester 2015 to be held on 18 & 19 December, 2014. The candidates are advised to report to the Department on the date and time specified against their names. The selection will be on the basis of quality of written report, oral presentation and performance in personal interview. The past academic background and research experience / particulars of the candidate will also be taken into consideration.

Guidelines for preparing the Written Report 1. The candidate will have to submit a written report/paper on any topic he/she is conversant with. The same may not necessarily relate to his/her proposed field of study. 2. The report must reach the Head, Department of Business Administration, Tezpur University on or before 15 December, 2014. 3. The Report should include the following aspects: -

Introduction, Objective(s), scope & limitations, methodology, analysis, findings, conclusions and reference.

4. The reference in the Report should be in APA style 5. The Report including references should not exceed 2500 words. 6. The candidates will have to give an oral/power-point presentation for about 10 minutes. 7. The presentation will be followed by Personal interview. 8. Candidates are requested to bring all original documents supporting the credentials. Caste certificates should be submitted in proper format. 9.
