Day 1: Friday, August 18, 2017 Denver, Colorado - Tour Begins Join us in “The Mile-High City” of Denver to begin your eclipse experience. Upon arrival at Denver International Airport, you will be greeted by your Sky & Telescope representative who will transfer you to your Denver hotel, the Sheraton Downtown. Gather tonight to meet your fellow travelers at a welcome dinner. (D) Day 2: Saturday, August 19, 2017 Denver - Rocky Mountain National Park - Boulder - Denver Travel to Rocky Mountain National Park* to discover the true meaning of “panoramic.” This celebrated “Roof of the Rockies” offers views of massive peaks and rugged canyons as you experience one of the largest national parks in the United States. Next, make a stop in Boulder, home of the University of Colorado and enjoy an exclusive presentation at the Fiske Planetarium. Later, return to Denver and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure. Day 3: Sunday, August 20, 2017 Denver - Cheyenne, Wyoming Head north to Wyoming’s capital city, Cheyenne. Embark on a guided tour of the downtown area before enjoying time at leisure to explore on your own. Gather this evening for dinner with your fellow travelers and a briefing to review tomorrow’s eclipse viewing. (B, D) Day 4: Monday, August 21, 2017 Cheyenne - Glendo - Eclipse Cheyenne Today, travel north to Glendo, WY, your eclipse viewing spot. Glendo will offer a full two minutes and thirty seconds of totality, only eleven seconds less than the maximum viewing anywhere! You will be awed by the spectacular total solar eclipse that has not been seen in the continental United States for 37 years. Later today, complete your eclipse experience by raising a toast in celebration with your fellow travelers. (B, L, D) Day 5: Tuesday, August 22, 2017 Cheyenne - Denver, Colorado - Tour Ends Your tour comes to a close in Cheyenne. Today, transfer to the Denver International Airport for your return flight. (B)
