Autowash

AUTOWASH General Information The Autowash is an automatic device that controls wash down of the vacuum separator tank. The system is built to connect to an electrically operated water valve connected to the facility water source. The outlet of the water valve is connected to a spray nozzle mounted in the RAMVAC separating tank. When the vacuum pumps are turned off, a “delay” timer is started and begins to count down. The “delay” timer setting is set for 6 to 8 hours and when timer reaches zero, power is applied to the AutoWash solenoid for 2 to 3 minutes to supply water to the the spray nozzle. If the vacuum system is turned on during that period, the AutoWash process will immediately cease.
