We deliver your Vision Working within the supply and service industry to businesses and organisations for over 25 years, we are always evolving and developing our services and products to meet the demands and ever changing requirements of our clients (existing and new). Increasingly, a drive towards a single source solution is the direction that most companies want to follow. To support this approach our interiors division; Hog Interiors, will often take the lead on many of the larger and more complex projects that we undertake, and will bring the furniture division; Hog Furnishing to satisfy this aspect of the project as required. Working independently of each other allows you; The Client, flexibility and choice. You have the opportunity to ensure best value across all aspects of a project that you are planning. Both divisions operate from our HQ based in Harlow and from our state of the art facility (custom built in 2002) the design and project management teams are able to control and position our offering to be the best solution available to you. Within this brochure we explain the procedures that we follow to assess your requirements and aspirations and then deliver a project that fulfils that need.

Our project managers and designers qualify your requirement and ensure that we achieve a successful project.

Our consultants will examine your people, technology and space in the most minute detail to assess the way in which they work together. Before drawing any conclusions on how your project should be carried forward. We listen to the individuals most affected and observe the way in which your teams talk to each other and audit facilities to see how staff come and go and and utilise the workplace.

Agreeing the investment level and providing the best value across all aspects of the project is paramount. Transparency in working with you as part of a team and constant financial monitoring and control from the beginning to the completion is key to establishing a long term business relationship.

Only then can we plan the optimum solution with you. 35

Project Team

In most instances the most critical aspect of a project is how well it is managed.

Depending on the nature and complexity of the project the Hog Management Team will be mobilised to undertake the works. The structure of the team can include Contracts Director, Project Managers, Site Manager, Design Consultant, M&E Engineers.

A process of careful planning and attention to detail is crucial to ensure that the projects finish on time and on budget. Our Project Managers are highly experienced in the construction market. They are effective communicators and are responsible for employing continuous quality control measures that are essential to guaranteeing the success of the project and aimed towards delivering an entirely snag free conclusion every time.

The key here is that we do not employ the approach of tiers of Consultants or Management for no good reason. The structure will always be relative to the project. As a Constructionline and CHAS approved contractor you are assured of high quality workmanship. Whatever the constituents of the Hog team we would expect to work in a close and proactive way with the client’s team or appointed independent representative. An open and honest relationship builds trust and promotes a positive atmosphere within which a successful project can be delivered.
