Anticipating Your Growth With Our Capacity GLC operates through two production facilities: a foundry in Ludington, Michigan, and a finishing facility in Holland, Michigan. We have the capacity to produce 55,000 tons of specialty castings per year and the capacity to melt 72,600 tons per year. These facilities provide a total of 193,500 square feet of production and finishing capacity, allowing us to consistently meet your casting needs and delivery requirements. Our quality castings are produced in weights ranging from a few ounces up to 60 pounds, in gray iron classes 18-40, with a base iron tensile of 30,000. We have the flexibility to accommodate small and large production runs.

Caring For The Environment The most advanced systems available for air emissions control and monitoring have been installed at our foundry. These systems minimize the generation of solid waste and demonstrate our desire to protect the environment and control our carbon footprint. In addition, we collaborate with Resource Recovery Corporation of West Michigan to continuously evaluate and pursue innovative and beneficial reuse opportunities for our foundry residuals.
