Liquor License Application, Class “I” – Beer, Wine, Distilled Spirits On Sale Only for El Vallarta IV, LLC dba El Vallarta Mexican Restaurant located at 11910 Standing Stone Drive, Gretna, NE 68008.

The above referenced has submitted an application for Nebraska liquor license within the zoning jurisdiction of the City of Gretna. Among the criteria to be considered by the Sarpy County Board is the adequacy of existing law enforcement in the community and the recommendation by local law enforcement agencies in the area; existing motor vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow in the vicinity of the proposed licensed premise; and also any zoning restrictions at this particular location. This location does fall under the zoning jurisdiction of the City of Gretna. Having received recommendations from the Sheriff’s office, the County Engineer and the City of Gretna, this license has been placed on the agenda for your recommendation. Deb Houghtaling Sarpy County Clerk 1210 Golden Gate Drive Papillion Nebraska 68046 April 21, 2016 Dear Mrs. Houghtaling: I have reviewed the Application for Liquor License Retail for El Vallarta IV, LLC DBA El Vallarta Mexican Restaurant located at 11910 Standing Stone Drive, Suite 105, Gretna, Sarpy County, Ne., 68008. As with all Nebraska Retail Liquor Licenses, I am asking that the applicant strictly conform to Nebraska Liquor Control Commission rules and regulations under (Sec 53-131.01) Nebraska Liquor Control Act. I have also reviewed all reports for calls for service and incidents at the applicant location and have found nothing as this is a newly constructed business. I have checked the criminal history of applicant Betsy Mata and spouse Roberto Mata Jr. and found nothing other than two speeding convictions for Betsy Mata.
