Getting Started
The DealerCenter Mobile app allows you to manage your inventory and view the status and offers of deals submitted to your lenders. You will be asked to login to the application with your DealerCenter credentials after making your selection.
NOTE: Your DealerCenter/RouteOne activation must be enabled to access the Submitted Deals

The Login Screen
Getting Started
To login into your DealerCenter Mobile phone app, enter your DealerCenter username, password and touch the Login Button.
Upon initial login, The DealerCenter Mobile app will ask to download your active inventory. This sync will allow you to access your existing inventory from the DealerCenter Mobile app. Click “Download Inventory” to initiate the inventory sync.
NOTE: You will remain logged into the app until either you turn your phone off, use the Log Out function within the app, or login into Dealer Center.

Inventory Heat Days: Set threshold for the heat indicator in the Inventory Management screen. Max Inventory to Sync: Set the number of records that are synced between the DealerCenter mobile application and your Dealer Center account Remember Password: Allow the login screen to remember your password Display Price on Inventory List: Choose which price you would like to display within the vehicle records Book Display Value: Choose which book vlaue you would like to display within the vehicle records ...........................................................................................................................................................................

Settings
You can set and manage the application settings by locating the DealerCenter application within the settings menu on your smartphone. The DealerCenter settings screen will allow you to adjust:

Submitted Deals
Submitted Deals The Submitted Deal view displays a list of the last 10 deals that have been submitted to your RouteOne lenders.
Submitted Deals
Indicates the number of submissions for this deal The lenders and the latest status of all offers and submissions for this deal

Once the Inventory sync is complete, you will be taken to the main Inventory Management screen. By default, the Inventory screen will display the vehicles in your active Dealer Center inventory.

Inventory Management Touch to run either the Full or Summary version of the AutoCheck Report for this vehicle • Requires an active subscription to AutoCheck Vehicle History Reports
Touch to run either the CIP of Standard version of the CARFAX Report for this vehicle • The CARFAX user ID and password must first be entered in the Dealer Option screen in DealerCenter • The complete CARFAX CIP is not viewable in mobile browsers. The mobile app will display the Vehicle History report of the CIP, but the full CIP will be available within this vehicle in the main DealerCenter application.

To add a new appraisal vehicle, you will need to navigate to the Appraisals display within the Inventory Management screen: STEP 1: Touch the Add Vehicle button STEP 2: Hit the VIN Scan button STEP 3: Scan the VIN Barcode

After decoding the vehicle’s vin#, you will want to add the vehicle’s optional equipment and additional information: STEP 4: Touch the Equipment menu to open the Equipment screen and add the vehicle’s optional equipment STEP 5: Enter the vehicle’s stock number, mileage, and color. Hit Done to save.

Take the following steps to add photos to your Active/Appraisal vehicles: STEP 1: Touch the Edit Vehicle button to open the Edit Vehicle menu STEP 2: Touch the Edit Photo button STEP 3: Select a photo from your existing picture library, or take a new photo STEP 4: After adding your photo(s), you can scroll through the attached photos by swiping the top section of the vehicle record

Take the following steps to delete and/or change the default vehicle photo: STEP 1: The vehicle’s Default Photo is indicated by a green border STEP 2: Swipe to find the desired photo STEP 3: To open the Edit Photo menu, touch the Edit Photo button or touch and hold a photo you wish to edit STEP 4: Choose the desired action for the selected photo

The DealerCenter Mobile application also allows you to manage the online marketing of your Active Inventory with DealerCenter Dealer Websites*, Autotrader**, and Cars.com**.
*Requires a subscription to the DealerCenter Dealer Website **Requires the password configuration within the Dealer Center application.
