PRICING INCLUDES 3.30 m hardwood panel walls, lighting every 3 square meter, signage, free Wi-Fi access, exhibitor passes, VIP Program, marketing materials, and one full color page in the catalogue. There are additional fees for additional lighting, walls, etc. With the approval of the fair management, exhibitors may choose to independently construct allocated booth space.

MARKETING FEE AND CATALOGUE A mandatory marketing fee of $350 will be charged upon signing the participation agreement for Contemporary Istanbul 2017.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION 1. This Exhibitor Application (this ‘’ Agreement’’), completed in its entirety and accompanied by the requested information and materials, constitutes an application for exhibit space in Contemporary Istanbul 2017. It is subject to review and approval by Contemporary Istanbul fair management. All applications will be accepted or declined at the sole discretion of Contemporary İstanbul. 2. The right to exhibit is limited to galleries whose operators can furnish proof of permanent operation and ongoing dissemination of contemporary art. 3. The applicant must prove by completely filling in the application for participation indicating he/she operates a permanently operating gallery with regular opening times. 4. The proposed artist(s) exhibitions at Contemporary Istanbul 2017, is subject to evaluation by the fair management and the Selection Committee. 5. The proposed artist(s) can be considered valid only after the announcement of the management’s decision. Upon signing of the Participation Agreement with the approved list of artist(s), the exhibitor is prohibited to add or remove artist(s) from the initial list. This clause may be overruled due to unforeseen events concerning the artist and/or exhibitor. 6. Exhibitor may apply to change artists represented at the fair but considerations will only take place after submission of required documents listed on the previous page under Application Information section. Contemporary Istanbul fair management has the right to decline and ask the exhibitor to remove and/or change proposed artist(s). 7. Participation Agreement fee is calculated from the gross area of allocated space. 8. Contemporary Istanbul is not liable for any losses/damages occurring on promises. CI does not provide insurance for its participants or displayed artworks. Exhibitors are suggested to insure artworks and other necessary valuables in their booth. 9. Upon the acceptance of the applicant, the exhibitor will be asked to provide a valid credit card as a guarantee. This application form is not a final contract. This agreement shall not take effect and there shell be no obligation by either party unless it is co-signed by Contemporary Istanbul Fair. Accepted applications will be approved via Contemporary Istanbul’s approval letter after the selection committee’s decision process is finalized by June 2017. I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF EXHIBITOR IN ITS ENTIRETY, including the rules and conditions of participation, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.
