Advertising sign can be placed on the top surface of the module, which must be removed before installation. Technical parameters contained on this label are the maximal allowable, in case of agreement and confirmation with manufacturer.
AC/DC power supplies «Radon» RD1500 and RD1200 series for industrial and special equipment. Though to a compact size (250 х 140 х 41 mm) the maximum output power of new modules can reach up to 1800 W. These modules can operate in a wide ranges of temperatures -50°C…+85°C. Depending on a version they have one or two galvanically isolated channels, they can be switched on/off by a signal, have a full protection complex against overcurrent, short circuit and overheating, also they can be connected in parallel or in series and compliant to EMC standard EN55022, class A. RD1500-xN, RD1500-SxN, RD1200-xN, RD1200-SxN of «Industrial» category are based on element base, which is tested in an expanded temperature range and have a thermal protection chip. Modules are designed to operate in temperature ranges of –40...+85°С. The power supplies are passing special temperature tests and burn-in tests. Modules are filled with special heat conductive compound and can reliably operate in harsh climatic conditions in industrial and special equipment. RD1500-SxP, RD1200-SxP of «Military» category (customized) are made from custom electronic components and have an expanded operating temperature range of –50...+85°С. They have a thermal protection chip. Modules are passing special temperature test including burn-in tests with extreme on/off modes. Input, output and service pins of a converter are made as a blade solder pins. Connection to them can be done either by using standard female terminals for blade pins, or by soldering. Connection of a module to the equipment with screw terminals allows to organize a possibility of fast installation or changing of module during testings or operation in the equipment, which is not influenced by vibration or aggressive environments. Connection of module to the equipment by soldering to the blade solder pins of flexible wires ensures maximum reliability and minimum voltage drop under effect of adverse mechanical, climatic and chemical factors. Usage of modules with blade solder pins allows to refuse from service of connections - commonly known need for periodic tightening of screw terminals for the whole life time of the modules, which is a significant advantage of these products and provides the convenience of their operation. http://www.aeps-group.com e-mail:
