Deliver Training Design/customise Training Modules

Our approach to training is unique. A typical engagement will include:

Training Delivery Phase

Pre-Training Phase

• • •

We conduct an online proficiency test for all potential participants. These tests can be customised per organisation. We have separate tests for Excel and anti money laundering proficiencies We present clients with a needs analysis report detailing each potential participants' performance and training deficiencies Participants are allocated to training courses that match their proficiency levels For our bespoke courses, each approved participant sends us their unique training requests based on actual work experience, for incorporation into the course.

We use a heuristic approach to teaching; course content is structured in a way that encourages participants to build from their mistakes. We try as much as possible in our courses to simulate actual experiences in the work place. All exercises are based on case studies and each delegate gets a branded thumb drive containing manuals, exercises, solutions and support material.

Post Training Phase

• •

Participants complete an online post-training evaluation. We send their evaluations as a report to the client. We offer free online post-training support via our various online sites: Facebook page, newsletters, Twitter and YouTube training videos.

Our courses are public (open), in-house or via a training academy.

Training Venue

1.

Public courses: Please review our 2014 open training calendar (available on our website and the center spread of this brochure) for all public course dates. We publish our annual calendar in November for the coming year Open courses are very convenient for clients that want the flexibility of sending small contingents of staff to a selection of our courses throughout the year. All courses hold at our training centre in Lagos or designated venues in other locations.

2.

In-house courses: These are tailored to clients' specific needs and mutually agreed fees, dates and venue. We recommend that a minimum of 10 participants and maximum of 20 participate in in-house courses. Clients can select from our different course offerings to create a unique course tailored to their specific needs. Inhouse courses can also be based upon real life examples from participants to afford a greater level of customisation and realism to the training, guaranteeing a higher return on investment for clients.
