FAQs 1. When does ARC start recruiting for student positions? For summer student positions we begin recruiting in September of the prior year. For co-op and internship positions, we post at the targeted universities throughout the year. 2. What is the best way to apply for a job at ARC? The best way to apply for a position at ARC is directly on our Careers page. You can apply directly to the position(s) of your interest and your resume and cover letter will be retained in our database. 3. How do I know that my application has been received? You will receive an email confirming that we have received your resume. However, only candidates that are selected for an interview will be contacted. 4. When can I expect to hear back from you? If you are selected for an interview, we aim to contact you within two weeks of the position’s closing date. 5. What is the application process? To apply for a position, select the “apply now” button. If this is your first time applying for a position at ARC, you will be required to complete a profile. Once you have completed the profile and uploaded your cover letter and resume, you can then apply directly to the position(s) of your interest. If you are a returning applicant, you can upload an updated cover letter and resume to your profile and then apply directly to the position of your interest. 6. How will I know when ARC will be at my school? Our campus recruitment schedule will be posted on our external website and advertised on our Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn sites. 7. How will I know that I have not been selected? Only candidates that have been selected for an interview will be contacted. If you interview for a position and are not selected as the successful candidate, you will be notified within a maximum of two weeks of your interview. 8. Is there assistance with relocation? All successful students who are required to relocate for a position will be provided with a one-time payment of $500 to assist with relocation. 9. What style of interview can I expect? Interviews at ARC are informal, however, be prepared to answer both technical and behavioral interview questions. You can expect a minimum of two interviewers in each interview and come ready to discuss your skills and experience.
