Day One…. How are you today? Can you put a label or two on the myriad of feelings you might be experiencing right now?

Day Two… How does your house make you feel? What emotions do you experience when you return home from a day or two away?

Day Three… Can you describe what the word "home" means to you? Is your house a place where your definition of "home" exists? Which of your past homes SHINES most brightly in your memory?

Day Four… Do you consider yourself to be Mistress of your house? What other roles do you play in the domestic sphere? Which do you SHINE at and which do you most resent?

Day Five… Does your house SHINE with life? Or is it currently laden with the dust and debris of exhaustion or bad feeling?

Day Six… Does your house satisfy all YOUR personal needs? Is there space and time for SHINY creativity and GLOWING contemplation? What do you wish you had the space or time to do?

Day Seven... Think of a woman who SHINES with life. Can you list ten things you know she makes time and space for in her life that you wish you were more committed to?

Day Eight... Which of your domestic memories SHINES most brightly in your mind? Was it a special day? How did the house look? Why did you feel so glad?

Day Nine... What is that hinders your ability to SHINE? Is it money? Know -how? Fear? Depression? Exhaustion?

Day Ten... Can you list ten things you could do today that you KNOW will make you feel better tomorrow? Could you tidy up? Replace one meal with a scrumptious smoothie? Apologise to your Mum? What is preventing you from taking action right now?

Day Eleven... Are you a morning person or an evening person? In which part of the day are you at your SHINIEST?

Day Twelve... Which part of your daily or weekly routine do you enjoy the most? When are you glowing with exhilaration or gently beaming with quiet joy?

Day Thirteen... What would happen if you knew a Very Important Person (to you) was on her way to visit? What would you do to make life look shiny in an instant?

Day Fourteen... Why won’t you let yourself be a Very Important Person in your own life? (Ouch!)

Day Fifteen... Whose permission do you need to SHINE? Who will you hurt if you put your heart and soul into truly being the shiniest version of yourself? Who will frown upon your efforts?

Day Sixteen... How do you feel physically today? Is your skin GLOWING? Are you BEAMING with health? What should you be doing to look after yourself that you are not?

Day Seventeen... Do you exercise? Do you know what it is to GLOW with the kind of energy borne of pushing your body physically? How can you incorporate more exercise into your day?

Day Eighteen... How many years have gone by since you last felt beautiful? Can you remember a day when you truly ASTONISHING? Shiny with happiness? What has happened since? Where did your shiny self go? Is she coming back?

Day Nineteen... What about the house? When did it last feel SHINY to you? What is that has worn it down? Why have the colours dulled? The rugs curled and the paint chipped? Is it just the wear and tear of daily life or did you lose interest?

Day Twenty... Let’s think about the atmosphere in your house. Is it gently joyful or dull with unresolved or relentless argument? Is there any part of the atmosphere or mood for you which YOU are directly responsible and can resolve with some effort?

Day Twenty-One... Can you think of ten things, large or small which you need to release, let go or simply trash in order to feel SHINY again? Who or what dulls your joy? A friend? A routine? A job? A really ugly sofa?

Day Twenty-Two... What would happen if you let go of all those DULL ties that bind you? Would you feel as though a weight had been lifted? What are you most afraid of?

Day Twenty-Three... Close your eyes now and imagine your own life made SHINY. How do you look? How does your house feel? What is your relationship with your partner or children like?

Day Twenty-Four... Are you making the lives of those who live with you as SHINY and joyful as you possible can? Be truthful now...

Day Twenty-Five... In your wildest, shiniest dreams who are you?

Day Twenty-Six... Can you create a mantra that will help you focus on becoming that shiny woman of your dreams?

Day Twenty-Seven... List ten things you could make SHINY right now, and then go make them shine! Your shoes? Your hair? Your kitchen sink? Think and then take immediate action: you are the Mistress of all things SHINY!

Day Twenty-Eight... Today list ten actions you can commit to undertaking daily on the path to SHININESS. Which are the habits you most want to cultivate?

Day Twenty-Nine... Does your future look bright? Is there anything on the horizon liable to cast ugly dust over all your dreams? Anything you are dreading? A financial or emotional nightmare looming?

Day Thirty... Ask yourself truthfully, right now: is this how you want to spend the rest of your life? Is life SHINY enough to guarantee joy? Are you committed to polishing your way to happiness?

And finally... What have you learned about yourself during the course of this workshop?
