Professional Experience 2006–2007 Department of Peace and Conflict Research Research Associate  Investigated the efficiency of UN arms embargos in a project conducted by Uppsala University and SIPRI (Stockholm International Peace Research Institute)  Performed quantitative and qualitative research on sanctions, including field work in Ivory Coast, Liberia and Sierra Leone  Both projects were funded by the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs with in total 1.5 million SEK 2005– S.G. Solutions Group, Uppsala Consultant  Self employed with access to a network of consultants to perform research, analysis and education in the field of peace and security 2005 Department of Peace and Conflict Research Research Assistant

Coded the Israeli-Palestinian conflict of 2004 for the UCDP and MiddleEast for the Prevention Project
