Dear DGS members, We cordially invite you to join the 90th Annual Meeting of the German Society for Mammalian Biology hosted by the Tierpark and the Zoo Berlin, Germany. The meeting will take place between 4th and 8th September 2016 at the Schloss Friedrichsfelde in the Tierpark Berlin. Please see the preliminary programme later in this newsletter. Please note that a new Board will be elected during our general assembly on Monday, 5th September. Any member of at least three years standing can be elected. In agreement with our constitution, the election of Board members will carried out by a written and secret ballot. The candidates receiving more than half of the valid votes will be elected. All members are invited to take part.
