CUYAHOGA COMMUNITY COLLEGE CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT

Cuyahoga Community College District (hereinafter referred to as the "College") and Alex B Johnson (hereinafter referred to as the "Appointee") hereby agree, effective as of July 1, 2013, as follows: 1. The College shall employ the Appointee full-time as President ( Salary Grade EE ) for the period July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014 (52 weeks) at the salary of $275,000 per annum. The College will make payments of required contributions to OPERS/STRS/ARP as appropriate.

Salary: Benefits (Estimated at 28.42% of salary) :

$275,000

Total Compensation:

$353,155

2. Appointee shall diligently and satisfactorily perform the duties of President during this time period, as well as such duties that may be adjusted by the College from time-to-time. 3. Appointee and this Contract are subject to the policies, procedures, and other applicable rules of the College, as amended from time-to-time. 4. College may terminate this Contract at any time as part of a disciplinary action or otherwise in accordance with College policies, procedures, or other rules or standard practices. Employee may terminate this Contract, for any reason or no reason at all, by providing not less than fourteen days advance written notice to Employee’s immediate supervisor. 5. Neither the College nor the Employee shall be obligated to renew this Contract or enter into any other agreement after this Contract terminates. Employee understands and acknowledges that there is no expectation of employment after this Contract terminates.
