EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS 29thOctober - 2nd November 2012: Attended SENSE writing week in Ommen, The Netherlands and gained skills on writing process, use of academic language, abstracts, tense use, common errors and how to avoid them. 22nd and 24th October 2012: Participated in the introductory course of first year MSc students: Simulation River Basin Planning- LIBRA - Simulation Game as a facilitator.

25th July 2012 and 16th August 2012: Attended a lunch hour explanation on use of Spatial Data and Information (SDI) for metadata storage in UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education, Delft, The Netherlands. 19th - 21st June 2012: Followed a PhD course on Environmental Data Quality organised by SENSE at the University of Twente, Enschede 18th June, 2012: Attended SENSE symposium held in ITC Auditorium, University of Twente, Enschede and presented a poster entitled "Response of a papyrus wetland ecosystem to seasonal changes in hydrology and livelihood pressures". November 2011 – January, 2012 – MSc student supervision and field guidance for Justina Kasabila and Maria Mar Del Solano from UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education and graduated April 2012.
