Information about CUPW Clothing and Accessories Shipping and Return Policy PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT CUPW FOR ORDERING OR RETURNS. All order are shipped via Canada Post Expedited service. Please allow three weeks for processing and shipping. Higher service levels will be used on time sensitive orders upon written request from the customer in which case higher freight charges are applicable. All returns must be authorized by Cavan Advertising. For damaged products a replacement product will be provided. Returns for any other reason will be accepted at the sole discretion of Cavan Advertising, in which case the customer is responsible for the freight charges for the return.

Customization All products can be customized with your local name and number, personal name and title. Minimum order requirements may be applicable depending on the product. A Note About Our Logos There are three logo designs to choose from. The bilingual CUPW ‘classic’ logo is the globe logo that has appeared on CUPW publications and clothing for over 40 years. The CUPW ‘new look’ logo is available in an English version (CUPW•STTP) and French version (STTP•CUPW) and is now the main logo for the union. In general, the classic logo looks best when silk-screened. When used for embroidered items, the classic logo has a tendency to pucker, especially in the smaller sizes. The new look logo works well with both embroidered and silk-screened items. Disclaimer: The photos and images of clothing and accessories are for illustrative purposes only.
