Terms and conditions set out below apply to all wedding reception booking agreements between Crowne Plaza Dublin-Blanchardstown and the client. Such events are accepted only when the terms and conditions have been signed and agreed by the authorized event organizer. We believe the details included herein to be correct for this group. Please check and advise us of any variation. 9 The minimum number charged for weddings in the Heather Suite is 100 people for any Friday and
Saturday. 9 The minimum number charged for wedding packages is 100 people for any Friday and Saturday
throughout the year. 9 Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days only. 9 A deposit of €2,000.00 and a signed contract is required to secure a provisional booking. This deposit
is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to an alternative date. A second payment of €2,000.00 is required six months prior to the wedding. Detailed deposit schedules will apply subject to wedding value. Weddings booked less than 6 months prior to date, are subject to a deposit schedule as set out by the hotel. 9 All accounts/final balance must be settled by bank draft or cash three days in advance of the
wedding reception. We can provide you with a pro – forma invoice to facilitate this. 9 All prices are quoted in Euros and are for the present year. Prices will increase on the 1st January
every year these prices are the prices which will be charged for the event. 9 Menus must be selected at least 4 weeks prior to the event. Final numbers submitted to the hotel 72
hours prior to your wedding reception will be the minimum numbers charged. Increase in numbers attending will be charged accordingly. Minimum numbers charged for is as per the contracted agreement. 9 All children over the age of 14 will be charged as adults. 9 Food and beverage consumed on the premises must be purchased from the Hotel with the exception
of the wedding cake. Cakes can only be accepted from suppliers with HACCP certification. Due to HACCP regulations we can only accept fruit cakes. 9 In the unfortunate event of a cancellation by the client, the hotel will do everything to resell the
date however if this is unsuccessful a cancellation fee of 50% of the expected food and wine revenue will be payable by the bride and groom. 9 The hotel will not accept responsibility for any entertainment that has not been reserved directly
with the hotel. However it is essential that all entertainment arrangements have the approval of the hotel management prior to the date of the reception.
Wedding Terms & Conditions continued.. 9 The hotel reserves the right to cancel an event in the following cases: the Hotel believes the booking
might prejudice the reputation of the Hotel. Should guests attending the event behave in any way considered to be detrimental, offensive or contrary to normal expected standards of behavior. 9 All entertainment must provide their own equipment and accept full responsibility for same. 9 Any damage caused to the premises or grounds by the bridal party or their guests will be billed to
the main account. 9 The hotel will not take responsibility for gifts, cards, cake etc left in the hotel. Please ensure you
collect all your belongings before departure. 9 The Bar closing times are as follows: Monday – Thursday 11.30 pm; Fridays and Saturdays 01.30 am.
Music must finish at the same time as the bar closes. 9 Accommodation
A discounted accommodation rate is available to wedding guests, 20 rooms will be allocated on this rate, subject to contract. Additional rooms are subject to availability and may be charged at a different rate. 9 All rooms must be guaranteed by a credit card. Where a bridal party is holding 10 rooms or more
they will be required to sign a separate contract which clearly outlines all terms and conditions for the bedrooms including cancellation policy. 9 Reservations Policies
We will issue you with a confirmation number when you have made a booking with us. The confirmation number is proof that you have a booking with us. No booking shall be binding until we issue you with a confirmation number. You must be able to show ID (driver's licence, passport) if you are paying by cash or if requested by the hotel in order to verify that a person using a room is the person named on the booking. If you wish to pay by cash, full payment for the room rate and a minimum deposit of €50 per room will be required at the time of check in. If you wish to pay by a credit card you will need to present your credit card for authorisation on arrival, you will need to know your PIN number if applicable to your card. We will authorise your card for the room rate plus €50 per room. Debit cards will be treated as cash and a deposit will be due on arrival. If you make a booking for someone else's benefit, you are responsible for ensuring that any person in your booking complies with these terms. You must check-out before midday on the scheduled date of departure. If you fail to check out by the stipulated time then we will charge you €15 per hour as a late departure fee.
