• The retail market is undergoing a process of ongoing development. It is increasingly considered low-risk and attractive to international developers and retailers. • With around a dozen planned and pipeline developments, of which we expect at least half of them developed within the next three years, additional 400,000m2 – 500,000m2 GLA of shopping centre space should be introduced to the Zagreb area. • The market is also evolving in terms of new formats.
