To get online, simply log in with an existing account if your subscription is still valid, or create a new account and purchase a plan. Although we do not retain any of your payment credentials, it is still a good idea to keep your account details secured to ensure nobody else but you has access to your subscribed data usage.

Payment Methods Methods Paying Paying with Credit Cards Cards – Pay with a credit card on your own computer! Simply connect your device to an Ethernet outlet in your room and fire up your web browser. Proceed to Paying with Credit Cards Cards and follow the steps. Paying with Cash – If you would rather pay with cash, go to one of our pay machines on campus. Ask your accommodation staff for the nearest location. Proceed to Paying with Cash and follow the steps. Please note that pay machines do NOT give change so be sure to bring exact amount with you.

Common first names will most definitely have been taken so try adding surname, nickname and numbers; or combinations of all. Be creative! Existing User – Log in with your existing details to proceed. If you do not remember and do not have any more credit, you can always just create a new account. Otherwise, contact our customer service on [email protected] or 1300 799 901 and we will be able to retrieve your log in details. Email Address – Provide your email address so a purchase receipt can be sent to you. This also helps us get in touch with you should you require any assistance. PrePre-Paid Code – If you do not have a pre-paid code, leave this blank and go to next step. If you have a pre-paid code, enter the code exactly as written, including hyphens. Terms & Conditions – Click on the T&C link and have a read. It’s tedious and boring, but it’s important that you understand your account privileges and limitations.

Choose a Plan – Select a subscription plan you would like to purchase. Payment amount should be shown at the bottom so be sure to check if it is correct before you proceed. Card Details – Enter correct card details and your contact information. When you are ready, click on Buy Credit. Be patient if the page does not respond right away. Do not click on the button again or refresh the page as you may be charged again. If the confirmation page does not appear after a couple of minutes, contact customer service on 1300 799 901 or [email protected].
