WHAT IS A QR CODE? • QR Code stands for Quick Response Code • Essentially a readable barcode that contains encoded information, information can be text, a URL, or other data • Different from a barcode in that it can hold more information • Designed to be decoded quickly, hence the name • Scannable by any mobile device with a camera and a QR Code scanner/reader
