Drive Roller—pull the drive roller out of the front side of the machine. Stacking Wheel—pull the stacking wheel off the axle. Stepper Motor—pull the stepper motor with axle out to the rear. Reject Cover Operating Controls Operating Controls

− Remove the operating unit circuit board with cover. − remove the pneumatic spring when the tension is released − Remove the micro-switch; it must be adjusted and then tested. 

DAY 3—Hardware: Maintenance, Adjustments and Calibrations Finish reassembling machine Adjustments       

Check limpness sensor with wear-measurement gauge Adjust rocker tray Change stepper motor settings Readjust singler gap--SB# 12 Adjust top short edge transport Adjustment procedure for the lifting solenoid in the idle position (anchor retracted) Adjustment procedure for the lifting solenoid in the working position (anchor extended, pinch roller on the stop for the belt mounting for the round belts)
