Corrosion protection, Waterproofing membrane and concrete protection coatings

The main areas of protection by Welesgard materials • Corrosion protection of steel structures exposed to various environmental conditions. • Protection of concrete structures exposed to various environmental conditions. • Protection of steel equipment and structures exposed to a high-temperature corrosive environment.

• Steel and concrete bridge decks waterproofing. • Long term (at least 30 years) external isolation for pipelines/pipeline parts exposed to various environmental conditions • Waterproofing • Engineering structures and equipment protection against mechanical damage and abrasion

Pre-fabrication primer WG-Ferrogalvanic SP

Pre-fabrication primer. Definition and requirements Pre-fabrication primer (shopprimer) − a fast drying material, which applied as thin film on blast-cleaned steel to provide temporary corrosion protection before applying main corrosion protection system. Шоппраймер должен удовлетворять следующим требованиям:       

It must not negatively affect the speed and quality of cutting operations or welding and the strength of welds. It must not produce toxic fumes during welding and heating. A shop primer must be easily applied by automatic equipment. It must dry quickly so the steel plates can be handled within a few minutes of application. It requires good adhesion on abrasive blasted steel. It must be resistant to mechanical damages and high-temperature processes and provide good corrosion protection. It must be overcoatable with a wide range of paint systems.

-Low solid content; - Limited corrosion protection - Poor resistance to thermal damages

-Long drying time; Limited corrosion protection - Poor resistance to thermal damages

Cutting (speed and quality): Хорошо Welding (speed and quality): Хорошо Health and safety: Satisfactory Conclusions: -Zinc salt formation; -High zinc fumes formation during cutting and welding;

- Limited corrosion protection; Why is this results?
