Branston Golf & Country Club Branston Golf & Country Club has so many facets it is almost a community in its own right. Not only do we have excellent Golf courses, the club is available from dawn till dusk, for relaxation, beauty, health and fitness, excellent food and social events.

Swimming Pool

Our 17 metre indoor swimming pool is open to everyone, from dedicated adult swimmers wishing to focus on length swimming to general swim and splash sessions which are more informal; our younger members are always made very welcome!

Over 70 fitness classes a week

With something for all abilities from Pilates to Body Pump and much more.

The Spa

Indoor and outdoor spa areas including spa pool, steam room, aroma room, sauna, outdoor hot tub with log burner and heated seating and sun deck.

Clubhouse bar and restaurant

Open from every day from 7am, our Clubhouse serves food all day, every day, and when the weather is kind you can dine on the patio overlooking the 18th green.

18 Hole Golf Membership Branston is recognised as one of the top golf clubs in the Midlands with a picturesque 18-hole ‘Championship’ Golf Course with stunning views over the river Trent. You get a lot more for your Golf Membership at Branston than simply golf!

Our excellent parkland course runs alongside the picturesque River Trent with excellent views over the river and into South Derbyshire, and has additional water features on most of the holes. The 18th, our signature hole, is overlooked by the Clubhouse patio and provides plenty of nervous moments for both golfers and onlookers alike!

Academy Course

Our Academy course provides an additional option and unlimited use is included in your golf membership. The greens are maintained to the same exacting standards as the Championship course and is ideal for all standards of golfer, especially those wishing to practice their short game and approach shots.

Golf Tuition

Branston Golf tuition provides all levels of golfer with the opportunity to learn or improve their golf in a friendly and relaxed environment with one of our PGA Professionals. One to one, group and Junior Golf coaching are all available.

Driving Range

Our 22 bay flood lit driving range has recently been refurbished and is open 7 days a week. Clubs can be hired from the new ProShop, which also carries a selection of demo clubs from some of the leading manufacturers, members receive 300 balls free and 10% off further range balls.

Golf Shop

Our Golf Shop is located at the Driving Range and carries a fully stocked range of the latest clubs, balls, bags, clothing and other accessories.

Lodgement Card

The Branston Golf and Country Club Members Lodgement Card provides you with a number of benefits including keeping you up to date with specific offers, events and promotions at the Club that you might be interested in; and best of all, you will get 10% discount on food and beverage purchases at the Club. Academy Golf Membership Academy Membership offers a range of benefits including unlimited golf on the Academy Course. Members also receive 600 range balls, unlimited use of the chipping green and may also book their tee times up to 14 days in advance.

Learn to play golf Our philosophy is that golf should be enjoyed and accessible to all. Pay and Play golf at Branston provides golfers of all levels with an opportunity to learn or improve their golf in a friendly and relaxed environment.

9 hole pay and play golf

The 9 hole par 30 parkland academy course is an important part of the overall golf strategy here at Branston, and as such is fully open to the public. Each hole has four sets of tees, which means it is ideal for all standard of golfer, especially those wishing to practise their short game and approach shots. The greens are kept to the same excellent standard as the 18 hole Championship course. From £10.00 per round – we advise you call in advance and reserve a tee time. Equipment is also available to hire.

Driving range

Golf tuition

All our coaches are PGA Qualified, CRB checked and NSPCC approved ensuring high quality tuition available seven days a week. One to one lessons available from £25.00 (Juniors from £17.50)

Group coaching

Branston group coaching is developed on two main levels. Beginners/improver’s level and intermediate/advanced golfers. Group coaching consists of 5 weekly 60 minute sessions and costs from £25.00 for the course. Range balls charged at £1.50 (30 balls)

Junior Golf tuition

Branston’s Junior golf programme is developed to take children through every stage – from a beginner on the driving range to a budding golfer competing on the 18 hole course. The coaching consists of 10 x one hour sessions and costs £50.00 (junior golf membership £25.00) and all classes are coached by PGA Golf professional. Range balls are charged at £1.00 (30 balls)

The Pavilion Conferences and Meetings

When only the best will do for your corporate event, The Pavilion at Branston Golf and Country Club is recognized as one of the Midland’s most prestigious locations for meetings, conferences, exhibitions, product launches and more, with prices from only £30 day delegate rate. Wedding

Set in the grounds of a stunning parkland golf course on the bank of the River Trent, Branston is the ideal setting for your special day, whether it is your wedding reception and evening reception or to hold your ceremony or partnership, we can cater from 50 – 250 guests and can tailor make the packages to suit you. Your wedding day is the most important day of your life and we believe that you deserve our undivided attention. That is why we only have one wedding a day at the Pavilion. Saturday church weddings may still be extremely popular but with our flexible civil wedding license, ceremonies can now be held on any day of the week.

Our Christmas party nights promise you a party with a difference. A delicious three-course festive dinner and live spectacular entertainment form our fantastic singers and dancers followed by disco dancing until the early hours!

Three course Sunday Brunch

Our spectacular three-course Sunday brunch with live entertainment is a popular weekly event at The Pavilion at Branston. The magnificent buffet table will not fail to impress your friends and family. It offers an imaginative array of starters, soups and salads, cold and hot main course, including traditional Sunday roasts, and a wide selection of mouth watering desserts.
