Thank you for your interest in our eighth tour to Britain September 27th-October 7th, 2014. Welcome to those who will be joining us for the first time this year, and a warm “welcome back” to our friends who were with us on one of our previous tours. As always, we have taken the suggestions of our past guests and wherever possible have incorporated them into the tour. We have been arranging quality escorted group tours for more than twenty years and have received a lot of very positive feedback from our previous clients. Our goal is to ensure all of our guests are well looked after, and happy with every aspect of our tours. We are thrilled that Neville MacKay will be returning again as our tour host. Once you meet Neville you will see why he is such a popular guy. Our brilliant tour manager in the UK,- Marilyn ,will also be back with us once again, as well as Mark, our very capable and personable coach driver. A dynamite team whose goal is to make sure you get to see and experience as much as possible, and thoroughly enjoy every aspect of your hard earned vacation. Our September 2014 tour includes London, Windsor, Winchester, Andover, ( and sites used in the filming of Downton Abbey) Stratford-Upon-Avon ,Chester, Liverpool and Manchester . A private tour of the brand new inside and outside sets of Coronation Street at Media City, with an opportunity to see some actual filming and meet some of the current Coronation Street stars. What and who we see is dependent upon what the studios schedule is at the time of our visit. Since they don’t know themselves until two weeks out, we can never guarantee what our visit will include, but they have never disappointed us, and have gone out of their way to ensure we get to see as much as possible. This will be the first tour to visit the new sets, as they will be moving from the old location at Granada Studios in early 2014.We will also be once again including the highly popular tour of the locations in and around Manchester used in the filming of many episodes. Also brand new this year is the inclusion of a stop in Windsor where we will have the opportunity to visit Windsor Castle, and then a full day tour of the sites where Downton Abbey is filmed. We are not able to get inside Highclere castle due to their filming schedule, however we will visit Downton Village where you will have a guided tour of familiar sites such as Downton hospital, the village pub, the home of

Matthew Crawley and the local church. The full day Downton tour will end with a guided tour of the property used as the home of the Dowager Countess, and tea in the “Downton Room” where many of the scenes featuring Maggie Smith take place. We will also be once again visiting Shakespeare’s Stratford-Upon-Avon with time to take in a play, and at the request of previous guests, allowing more time in Liverpool. We will be in Liverpool for two nights, giving folks the chance to actually go out on the town and perhaps enjoy a Saturday night at the famous Beatles Cavern Club ! Our first two tours provided our guests with one of the only private backstage tours of the Coronation Street sets and a meeting with one of the actors. Five years ago due to the integrity of our tours, Granada Studios permitted us to be on the set during filming, and our group had a chance to have some great chats with a few different actors. This is a special privilege. On recent tours we have met well over 20 different actors ….and the word “gobsmacked” is about as close as we can come to describing the studios experience. We receive hundreds of emails each year from people all over the world who ask if they can just be part of our group for the day in Manchester so they too can have access to the inside sets. Unfortunately, we can’t permit this and reserve this thrill for those special people who travel with us on one of our tours. We require at least 25 passengers on this tour in order for the tour to go, so please don’t wait to see how many others have booked before sending in your booking, as if everyone did this the tour would most definitely have to be cancelled. Should we not have sufficient numbers, your full deposit will be returned to you. Please book right away so that we will have the numbers we need to guarantee the departure early. The sooner we can guarantee the departure, the sooner we can confirm all the details to you, such as the names of the hotels where we will be staying. We have already received well over 100 requests for space on this tour from guests who have been on one of our previous tours, and we only have 50 seats, so the sooner you send in your deposit the sooner you know you will be one of the lucky ones, as it is sold on a first come first served basis. We can’t hold your spot without your deposit and booking form. The deposit required is $750 per person. We do accept Mastercard and Visa , however our margins are very slim and if you wish to process your payments on your credit card, we have no choice but to charge a 3.5% processing fee, as that is what it costs us.

We are happy to accept personal cheques, bank drafts, money orders or bank transfers with no additional fees. All payments are payable to Coronation Travel. We do require that each and every tour participant be fully covered with out of the country emergency medical insurance. If you already have that through a private or employee insurance plan, we just require proof of coverage with your booking form. Although many plans cover out of the country medical coverage, we highly recommend that you purchase additional trip cancellation insurance. This insurance will cover the total cost of your trip in the unlikely event that you have to cancel for a medical emergency. If you do not already have out of the country medical coverage, the Deluxe Package Insurance is the best option with the most comprehensive coverage. Rates and explanations of the different insurance coverages available are located further on in this brochure. We are agents for RBC Insurance and you are able to book your insurance through a link on our website at www.coronationtravel.com. It takes approximately 5 minutes to issue your policy on the spot. There is no additional processing fee through RBC for using your credit card. Should you wish to pay your RBC travel insurance portion of your trip by credit card, please just go to our website www.coronationtravel.com, and click on the button on the right hand side that says Purchase RBC Travel Insurance Here . You should insure the total cost of your trip to the nearest $100 . For example : the cost of the land only tour is $3297 per person. If you need to add the single supplement if you will not be sharing a room with someone else, you will need to add an additional $800, which makes the total $4097, so you should insure $4100. If you know the cost of your airfare you can also add that in, or you can choose to insure that portion when you make your airfare booking. A straight trip cancellation policy would be sufficient on the airfare only portion. Your policy will be issued right away and emailed to you and you will be covered from the moment you book.If you plan to fax your booking form, please call to let us know to expect it. Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. The tour information and brochure will also be posted on our website. Airlines are radically changing their policies when it comes to group bookings. They no longer offer substantial reductions on airfare to large groups, preferring to sell the lower airfares on an individual basis. For that reason and the fact that many people have airmiles and rewards that they would like to use for their airfare, and we have people coming from all across the country on this tour, our tour does not include

airfare. Everyone will meet at our London hotel, late afternoon September 27th, 2014, where we will have a welcome reception. People are then free to choose their own air carrier and look for the best individual fare from their city. You can also choose to travel to the UK a few days earlier or stay a few days later. We can assist you with pre and post tour hotel arrangements. If you are a single traveller and would like to travel with someone else to London and back from Manchester, please just let us know and we will be happy to put you in touch with a fellow traveller. Please remember you will have to arrange your airfare to arrive in London throughout the morning or afternoon of September 27th, 2014, and depart from Manchester the morning or afternoon of October 7th, 2014. Please do not book your airfare until we have sufficient numbers to guarantee the departure, which is 25 people. As soon as we reach this number we will notify you so that you can look for the best possible airfare. We will be happy to assist you with this if you would like. We are really looking forward to having you join us ! Kindest regards, Kim Monteith CTM* Coronation Travel 737 Lakeview Avenue Middle Sackville ,NS B4E 3B8 Ph: 902 252 6243 [email protected]

TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND BOOKING FORM

INSURANCE Package Insurance is highly recommended. All tour participants must carry out-of-the-country medical insurance. Please take note of cancellation policies. Some form of cancellation insurance should be purchased. Insurance premiums are in addition to the tour costs and must be purchased at the time of initial deposit. Premiums are based upon age, duration of trip, and the cost of the package. Please refer to the attached insurance rate sheet and cancellation policy. If you require insurance that is not listed in the rates below, please go to the RBC link on our website or contact us for premium details. Please note insurance does not cover pre-existing medical conditions. DEPOSIT and PAYMENT A Deposit of $750 per person plus your insurance premium is required. Please remit right away in order to confirm your space on the tour. Deposit amount is non-refundable, however, provided that cancellation is for a valid medical reason, claims may be processed through RBC Insurance if you have purchased the insurance. Should we cancel the tour for any reason you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Please fully complete the attached booking form and tour cost calculation, and return both with your deposit. It is the responsibility of each tour participant to ensure they have proper documentation. i.e. a valid passport with an expiration date of at least 6 months beyond the return date. We will not be liable for any missed tours due to a client not having the required passport or documentation.

Final payment of the balance is due no later than June 27th, 2014. Payment by cheque or bank draft should be payable to Coronation Travel. Should you prefer to use electronic bank transfer please contact us.

INSURANCE RATES Insurance premiums are based on the total amount of your trip, your age, and the duration of the trip. Please add up the total of your trip including any taxes before insurance, and choose the premium based on your age corresponding to the amount in Box C. Round up this amount to the closest $100.00. Put the premium amount in box D or E on the booking form. You may charge your RBC insurance amount to your credit card by booking it on line through our website www.coronationtravel.com as it goes directly to RBC Insurance. Choose the button on the right hand side that says “Purchase RBC Insurance Here”. If you choose to do this, instead of entering an amount in Box D or E on the booking form, just enter your newly purchased policy number. As soon as you book the insurance you will receive an immediate confirmation and policy number and will be fully covered. If you will be redeeming points for the air portion of your trip, please keep in mind that should you need to cancel your trip, you will only be allowed to claim the total amount that you insured. For that reason it would be wise to include an amount of at least $1,000 in the total amount insured to make sure the airfare portion is covered. For example for a couple travelling together and sharing a room, and using points for their airfare , each person should insure the $3297 for the land only portion of the trip, and a minimum of $1,000 to cover your airfare, so the total amount insured should be $4300 per person. For those who will be purchasing airfare later, you can insure the airfare portion of your trip when you actually buy your airline tickets. A straight low cost trip cancellation policy is all you will need if you have already purchased the Deluxe Package Insurance through us with your deposit. If your age bracket is not included in the rates listed, please contact us for a quote. For residents of Ontario, an additional 8% tax on the insurance premium is charged.

Non Medical Package Insurance carries the same features as the Deluxe Package Insurance without the emergency medical coverage. This insurance is a good choice for people who have an existing out of the country medical insurance plan through their employers. The Deluxe Package Insurance is the recommended insurance. It provides ultimate protection with out of the country emergency medical coverage, trip cancellation coverage, air flight accident insurance, accident insurance, and baggage insurance. If you choose to decline the Deluxe Package or Non-Medical Package Insurance you must at least carry out-of-the-country emergency medical insurance. Attach a photocopy of proof of insurance to your booking form. Insurance premiums are not refundable.

THE TOWER OF LONDON to CORONATION STREET with Special Visit to the World of Downton Abbey September 27th- October 7th, 2014 ( 11days) London - Windsor - Winchester - Andover - Stratford-Upon-Avon Chester - Liverpool - Manchester After each day’s itinerary your tour manager will advise the time and place to meet for the next day’s departure. As a general rule, breakfast is planned for 7:30AM and dinner is planned for 7:30PM on most days. You will be advised daily of any changes.

Sept 27th, Sat: WELCOME TO LONDON Plan your flights to arrive in London by early afternoon on Sept 27th. Please do try and wear it throughout the tour, as it helps our tour manager to keep track of everyone along the way ! Neville and Marilyn will be with us throughout the tour, and it won’t take you very long to get to know and enjoy their personalities and professionalism. We suggest spending some time after you arrive in London getting acquainted with this bustling city which will be your home for the next 3 nights. Please don’t go for a nap, as you will then be up half the night and be tired the next day. Plan to do a bit of browsing, have a bite of lunch, and an early supper, and you should be right as rain the next morning ! The hotel will keep your luggage in the secure luggage area for you until your room is ready, and will be very happy to assist you with maps and directions to some local sites close to the hotel. Day 02 Sept 28th, Sun: LONDON

After a hearty full English breakfast at our hotel, we get an early start for a full day of London sightseeing with our expert London guide including all the main sites like the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben along the River Thames, Buckingham Palace (and if we’re lucky see the Changing of the Guard). Our tour this morning includes entrance to the Tower of London, with its magnificent Crown Jewels, Westminster Abbey , the 1000 year old gothic coronation church, a treasure house of paintings and stained glass, and housing the monuments and tombs of Britain’s legendary kings and queens alongside many famous men and women whose stories are etched into the history of Britain, and St.Paul’s Cathedral, London’s leading church ,designed by the architect Sir Christopher Wren and whose construction was overseen by 5 monarchs determined that the cathedral be as beautiful and imposing as their private palaces. Many important events and celebrations have taken place at St. Paul’s including the funeral of Winston Churchill, the Jubilee Celebrations for Queen Victoria, peace services marking the end of the first and second world wars , and of course the wedding of Charles, Prince of Wales to Lady Diana Spencer. We have a lot of ground to cover today to ensure you get to see as much as

possible, so please stick with the group. Time will be allowed at each stop to take photos and purchase some souvenirs. Some of the souvenir shops tend to be quite busy at times, with lengthy queues, so please do try and complete your shopping as quickly as possible in order to not get separated from the group or hold up the coach. This evening join Tour Host Neville and Tour Manager Marilyn in the hotel dining room for our first group dinner together. You won’t want to miss it, as you never know what treats and entertainment Neville has up his sleeve! (B,SD) Day 3 Sept 29th,Mon: LONDON After a sumptuous full breakfast you have the day entirely free to explore on your own. Perhaps you will opt for a day in fashionable Soho or a trip to Harrods. A bird’s eye view from The London Eye , a trip to famous Madame Tussaud’s, a leisurely day in Covent Garden, or a narrated lunch cruise on the River Thames are all excellent ways to enjoy your day. A day trip to the Cotswalds, or Stonehenge and Bath may be your pleasure. Or possibly to Greenwich – home of Greenwich Mean Time and the Meridian Line. Visit the National Maritime Museum here and The Royal Observatory, and Christopher Wren’s Old Royal Naval College. Please see the OPTIONAL TOURS section at the end of this brochure and complete the booking form for the tour you are interested in. Perhaps the theatre this evening. Please let us know and we will be happy to send you a current list of available shows and their prices a little closer to departure. Some of the long running popular London shows include Les Miserables, The Lion King, Mousetrap, Mamma Mia, The Phantom of the Opera, Jersey Boys, and the Beatles tribute… Let It Be. Expect to pay in the $100-$125 per person range for decent tickets. In order to make sure we do not infringe upon YOUR day in London, dinner this evening will be on your own. (B)

Day 04

Sept 30th, Tue: LONDON - WINDSOR - WINCHESTER After breakfast at the hotel, we bid farewell to London town this morning and head off on a short drive to Windsor, where we will visit Windsor Castle , Queen Elizabeth’s

preferred weekend home. After our visit to the castle, we will have some time in Windsor to poke around in the shops, and have a bite to eat for lunch before heading off to Winchester. In Winchester we will visit the famous Winchester Cathedral - one of the largest cathedrals in England, with the longest nave and greatest overall length of any Gothic cathedral in Europe. The novelist Jane Austen, died in Winchester on 18 July 1817. Her funeral was held in the cathedral and she was buried in the north aisle. In 2005, the building was used as a film set for The Da Vinci Code, with the north transept used as the Vatican. Winchester Cathedral is possibly the only cathedral to have had popular songs written about it. "Winchester Cathedral" was a UK top ten hit and a US number one song for The New Vaudeville Band in 1966. The cathedral was also the subject of the Crosby, Stills & Nash song, "Cathedral" from their 1977 album CSN. Liverpool-based band Clinic released an album titled Winchester Cathedral in 2004.

We will check in to our hotel in Winchester for the night and then enjoy a lovely dinner together in our hotel. ( B,D)

Day 05 Oct 1st, Wed: WINCHESTER - ANDOVER ( DOWNTON ABBEY SITES)- STRATFORD-UPON-AVON

After breakfast in our hotel we take a short drive to the town of Andover where we begin our tour of several rural villages which have been used in the filming of the hugely popular Edwardian period TV Drama “Downton Abbey”. Please note we do not visit Highclere Castle due to the very limited opening times of the castle. We will visit Downton Village where you will get a guided tour of familiar sites such as Downton hospital, the village pub, the home of Matthew Crawley and the local church. A short comfort break will be taken here. We will also take a short stop at Kirkbymoorside which was used as the pretty setting for the pub where Bates works when he leaves Downton Abbey. A visit to the pub where Branson and Lady Sybil elope in the second series is included too.The next stop will be at the beautiful grounds that were used as the setting of Downton Place in series 3. Here lunch can be taken and you will be able to explore the 16th century house and grounds. town.Watch the swans on the River Avon and the many narrowboats as they make their way through several locks- (a popular way to vacation along the intricate canals.) Perhaps you might finish off the day by taking part in one of the popular evening ghost walks about the town. (B,D ) Day 06

Oct.2nd Thu: STRATFORD-UPON-AVON This morning after breakfast at our hotel, we will enjoy an introductory sight-seeing tour of Shakespeare’s town. After our morning coach tour, you will have the opportunity to decide how you wish to spend the rest of your day. Perhaps you will want to visit Anne Hathaway’s cottage , or the Butterfly Farm ( the largest in Europe) or row your sweetheart along the River Avon in a hired boat. This evening would be a perfect time to take in a play at the Royal Shakespeare or Swan Theatre. Popular plays include Hamlet, The Winter’s Tale, As You Like It, MacBeth, A Midsummer’s Night Dream, and many others. By March/April 2014 we will be able to advise you what will be playing, and assist with ticket information. As many will probably opt for the theatre this evening, dinner will be on your own. ( B)

Day 7 Oct 03rd, Fri:

STRATFORD-UPON-AVON – CHESTER – LIVERPOOL After breakfast in the hotel, we travel north to our next stop in Chester, arriving late morning. You will have the entire afternoon to enjoy lunch and then browse in this delightful city. Make sure you take in the famous 700 year old Rows – a two tiered shopping gallery dating back to the middle ages, and the oldest shopping façade in England. See the Eastgate Clock ,built to celebrate Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee in 1897 . It is the most photographed clock in England after Big Ben. Grosvenor Park has a delightful miniature railway. Chester is the only city in Britain to retain a complete circuit of defensive walls. You can download a copy of the Chester Tourist Guide at the following link. http://content.yudu.com/Library/A28dg5/ChesterMiniGuide2013/resources/index.htm? referrerUrl=http%3A%2F%2Ffree.yudu.com%2Fitem%2Fembed%2F967298%2FChesterMini-Guide-2013 We will depart Chester late afternoon for a short 40 minute drive to Liverpool, our home for the next two nights. Dinner tonight will be shared with your fellow travelers at the hotel. (B,D)

Day 08 Oct.4th, Sat:

LIVERPOOL

Our day begins after breakfast at our hotel, with a wonderful and very informative full sightseeing tour of Liverpool. You will get to see so many of the local sites linked to the famous four Beatles, and will be thrilled with some of the personal stories about the “Fab Four” shared by our local guide. We visit the present day Cavern Club , ( lots of great souvenirs here ) get to see some of the childhood homes of the Beatles, Strawberry Field , Penny Lane, the statue of Eleanor Rigby dedicated to all the lonely people, the 18 ft. European Peace Monument in Chavasse Park dedicated to the memory of John Lennon , and then we visit The Beatles Story. This award winning experience is an atmospheric journey into the life, times, culture and music of the Beatles. Not only does your admission cover the Albert Dock Beatles Story venue, but also includes admission to the new Pier Head Beatles Story located at the Mersey Ferry Terminal ( there is a shuttle service available or you can opt to walk the 10 minutes ) The Pier Head location now permanently houses The Beatles Hidden Gallery. A series of 38 black and white photos which photographer Paul Berriff took of the Beatles during 1963/ 64 just months before Beatlemania struck, and were forgotten in his attic for nearly 50 years. The images show the four in unguarded moments while rehearsing and relaxing, and in late August 2010 were placed on permanent display in the Pier Head Beatles Story location.

For those not interested in the Beatles Story, a visit to the International Slavery Museum or the Merseyside Maritime Museum might be of interest. There will be plenty of time to wander through the shops and boutiques in the Albert Dock area and pick up some souvenirs. Once we finish the Beatles Story tour and some time to browse the Albert Dock area, you can decide to hop back on our coach to the hotel, or spend some more time poking about in the Albert Dock area, as we have purposely not included dinner this evening so you will not feel rushed. You might want to take the ‘Ferry Cross The Mersey’ as the song says, ( and they do play the song) then grab a cab or bus and head back over to the Cavern Club on Mathew Street for a pub style dinner and listen to up and coming new bands from late afternoon through until late evening. The Cavern Club is the cradle of British pop music, the place where the Beatles musical identity was formed. Today's Cavern is a thriving live music destination and one of Liverpool’s top places to visit. The three venues - the Cavern Club, Cavern Live Lounge and the Cavern Pub - showcase not only the incredible legacy of The Beatles, but also new up and coming bands and established artists. Discover for yourself the evocative spirit of this legendary venue and experience the unique and powerful Cavern sound performed live on stage every afternoon till late in the evening.

If shopping is your pleasure, the impressive LIVERPOOL 1 shopping centre is just a 5-10 minute walk from the Albert Dock area. It is open until 7PM. With over 170 shops, Liverpool 1, is the largest open air shopping centre in the United Kingdom. Whatever you choose to do, we know you will thoroughly enjoy your time in Liverpool. ( B) Day 09 Oct 05th,Sun:

LIVERPOOL - MANCHESTER We leave Liverpool right after breakfast for the short drive to Manchester where we will meet up with our specialist guide Mark, the former manager of Roy Barraclough, “our Alec Gilroy”, as he gives us a personally guided tour of many of the sites in and around Manchester used in the filming of Coronation Street episodes. We get to see the Red Rec, Weatherfield Town Hall, the canal where Richard Hillman met his demise, the

church where many Corrie weddings have taken place and lots more. Mark always tries to have the local vicar open the church for us so we can actually walk around inside the spot where so many of our favourite Corrie stars have been. Take note of the “watering hole” directly across the street from the church…this is where most of the cast hangs out while waiting for their specific scene to be filmed when they are on location at the church. This tour has been a favourite with our past groups, so don’t forget your camera! You will have a bit of free time later in the afternoon after the tour concludes, before the group meets for dinner at the hotel. Take a short jaunt to the Trafford Shopping Centre to do some last minute shopping as tomorrow is the grand finale of our tour! ( B,D) Day 10 Oct.6th, Mon: MANCHESTER – The Grand Finale! Today we immerse ourselves into CORONATION STREET as we visit the brand new inside and outside sets of Coronation Street at Media City in Salford Quays. ( Media City is also the new headquarters for the BBC.)Marilyn will let you know the evening before what time we will be going to the studios. It has traditionally been set for 1PM, however it is always dependent upon their filming schedule, and they may have to schedule a morning visit. But not to worry, you will be there on this day! Coronation Street began broadcasting on December 9, 1960 and is the longest running “soap opera” in the world. We visit both the inside and outside sets of “the street”, and will hopefully be able to see actual filming (depending on the day’s schedule) As Granada /ITV does not know what will be taking place until approximately two weeks in advance, we can never guarantee, but our past five tours were thrilled to have been present on the set during filming and had the opportunity to meet many of the current actors, and pose for some photos and a brief chat. “Gobsmacked” usually describes the emotions of our guests on this day, fulfilling the dream of die-hard Coronation St. fans! You will have some free time today either before or after our studios visit to relax and take in the rest of Manchester, pick up some last minute souvenirs, and spend some last hours with your new friends. This evening we will have our farewell dinner at the hotel. Our farewell dinner will be a special evening, with a lovely menu and some surprise entertainment. Before you turn in for the night make sure you pack your bags. Please let Marilyn and Neville know your plans for the morning and if you would like to share a taxi with someone else going to the airport or train station later the following morning. One early morning coach transfer will be made to the Manchester airport for anyone wishing to avail of it. (B,SD) Day 11 Oct 7th, Tue:

MANCHESTER – CANADA or Continue With Your Own Itinerary Breakfast will be available early this morning at the hotel before you set off on your own or head to the airport to begin your flight home. Please make sure you book your return

airfare from Manchester to your destination city. Whatever your plans, we know you will come away from this tour having seen a great deal, with many new friends, and will be able to say that you walked the brand new “Coronation Street Cobbles”, were in Audrey’s Salon, touched the actual Underworld machines and leaned over the bar at the Rovers Return…and every time you watch the show you will be reminded that YOU WERE THERE !!! (B) Please note some alterations in dates or times and itinerary changes may have to be made due to traffic or road conditions, flight delays, weather and /or circumstances beyond our control. While Granada/ITV Studios has scheduled our th Coronation Street visit for October 6 2014, slight modifications may have to be made in the itinerary at the request of Granada/ITV studios should they have circumstances occur which will not permit our visit at the time scheduled. In the eight year history of this tour, that has never occurred, and we will endeavour to adhere to the itinerary as presented. Coronation Travel and its travel partners, hosts and managers, Special Travel International , and Granada Studios/ITV will not be liable for any necessary changes resulting from any of the above circumstances. S T O N EH EN GE Our first stop this morning is mysterious Stonehenge, as one of the first visitors of the day we will beat the queues with our fast track entrance tickets. The true meaning of this ancient, aweinspiring creation has been lost in the mists of time. Was Stonehenge a temple for sun worship, a healing centre, a burial site or perhaps a huge calendar? How did our ancestors manage to carry the mighty stones from so far away and then, using only the most primitive of tools, build this amazing structure? Surrounded by mystery, Stonehenge never fails to impress. BATH A whole afternoon to discover Bath's major sights; our walking tour will show you Pulteney Bridge, the Circus and the Royal Crescent, you will get a fascinating insight into how Bath became the world-class attraction it is today. Bath offers a unique experience with stunning architecture, great shopping and iconic attractions. You will have plenty of time to discover the Jane Austen Visitors Centre, Bath Abbey or the Roman Baths. There is so much to see in this beautiful city. S A LI SBU RY C A TH E DRA L The inspiration behind Ken Follett's best-seller "The Pillars of the Earth", the beautiful Salisbury Cathedral is an international symbol of Christianity and a world class heritage attraction. The spire is the tallest in England, 123 meters (404 feet). Once inside you'll be impressed by the Cathedral's graceful, elegant proportions. We visit The Chapter House home to one of only 4 surviving copies of The Magna Carta and see the oldest working clock in Europe, dating back to 1386. M YS T ER I OU S S T ON EH EN G E

5,000 years ago the huge 40 tonne stones were dragged from over 280 miles away in Wales. Who built it and why remains a mystery today. Some say that it was built as a religious temple, or an astronomical clock. Stonehenge continues to enthrall the imagination and captivate the heart of every visitor. BATH This beautiful Georgian city justly deserves its status as a World Heritage Site, with its delightful terraces, elegant crescents and stunning architecture, on our panoramic tour of the city we will show you the crescents, Pulteney Bridge modelled on the Ponte Vecchio in Florence and Bath Abbey. Then into the Roman Baths built over 2,000 years and still in perfect working order.
