Impregnated Diamond Bit is composed of the iron body and the diamond layer which is a mixture of tungsten, molybdenum, copper and so on. You will be satisfied with the excellent boring speed of this bit even at low speed & low torque! We sinter the material of the diamond layer and bring out the property of diamond as much as possible. Matrix’s best property is exercised with the best match rock quality because of wearing down itself during the boring. So, please choose the suitable matrix and use our excellent original Impregnated Diamond Bit! We own our factory with a severe examination from material to a manufacturing process and offer “short-term delivery” even the other specific bit such as Casing Bit, Wiring Bit and so on.

～Troubleshooting of the Impregnated Diamond Bit～ ☆Ideal wear pattern☆ The surface is worn down relatively. → Ideal outcrop of the diamond as they are worn. The gauge stays well.

▼Face Glazed▼ Diamond layer is polished and no outcrop of the diamond / Wrong match of matrix and rock type. → How about choosing the suitable type of Bit’s matrix with the MATRIX Table?

▽Inside Face Wear▽ Excessive penetration rate for the rpm → How about boring at lower speed and increasing the rpm? You need to check the head of the core tube and clog of the core.

△Excessive bit load△ Inner/Outer gauge cropped out to the face and diamond layer is completely worn down. → Sorry…, you can’t use any more.

▲Gauge Loss▲ Lack of running water / Bit being reamed down under-size borehole → How about increasing running water rate and changing the Bit to the appropriate diameter size after reaming?

▽If you use the Bit as reaming, outer surface would be damaged markedly△

Because of using at the complicated situations, Diamond Bit may occur various kinds of problems. We will discuss your need and manufacture suitable Bit.

◇Diamond Reamer Diameter of the Diamond Reamer is bigger than the bit’s diameter, so that you can bore the wall equally. Since Diamond Reamer has the grain of diamond, you can prevent the earlier consumption of the bit’s diameter, which leads you to enhance the cost-performance at the site. We recommend you to use the Diamond Reamer when you use our Bit series.

◇New Reamer New Reamer is used as the protection against the wear of the outer tube. This is composed as the normal set.

Reamers are indispensable for Bedrocks!

Our Metal Bits are made for cutting softer formation. Various shapes of metal chips make the borehole wider, which protect the surface of the Outer Tube and the core diameter. The chips also make smooth water way during core produce. Please choose one which is suitable for the formation.

(for medium soil, medium rock) Octagon chips are durable and long life.

Ordinary types of Core Pack Tube® are Two types of “Soft or Clay Formation” and “Hard or Rock Formation”. Shoe precedes and drills for Soft Formation while Bit precedes and Core Lifter cuts the gathered Hard Core of Rock Formation. In severe situation of mixed or complex Formation, RS controls the flow of waterway, and enables to gather both Soft and Hard Rock without running any Core piece.
