FYI Tank Options: Tanks for rainwater collection are available in many sizes and types from above-ground polyethylene or metal tanks to below-ground custom cement tanks. Our Service: Lakota Water Company services both residential and commercial customers nationwide and offers free site visits within Texas in order to determine the best option for the customer. Warranty Requirements: Many manufacturers will not warranty their tanks without specific tank pad requirements. Therefore, Lakota Water Company must either install or design and approve the installation of the tank pad site for any tank it sells for rainwater collection purposes. This requirement ensures the customer of a warranty on the tank itself as well as an additional warranty by Lakota Water Company with regard to the structural integrity of the tank, pad site, and related components.

Metal Pinnacle Rainwater Storage Tanks (Dome Roof) Above-ground Pinnacle tanks are made of durable G115 corrugated steel with a potable storage liner and may be used for the same purposes as plastic tanks. Tank kits includes base pad, 2” outlet and valve, 6” overflow and downpipe, 16” leaf filter basket, access hatch and roof assembly. They are ideal for larger rainwater collection systems. Pinnacle tanks are built onsite and anchored to a concrete foundation or engineered to sit on a compacted sand foundation. Roof choices include a 30 degree roof or a dome roof.

There are no access hatches on the 30 Degree Roof 1202 models, and the top roof ladders begin on the 1502 models and larger.
Cement Underground Rainwater Storage Tanks Whether poured-in-place, hand-, or pre-formed, a cement tank is most commonly below-ground and may be just about any shape the customer chooses from round to square to octagon. The tank may have an inner dividing wall, a drive-on top and may be fully or partially buried. Sizes and excavation conditions vary, so please contact us for pricing and consultation.
